I had bought a Pre-Order for a PS5 game in June. However i ended up building a PC in August when graphics cards started dropping. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from support for over a week to cancel my pre-order as i would much rather play the game on my PC. Company states Pre-orders can be cancelled 14 days prior to release. That window is closing but, their chat bot keeps telling me they are open from 09:00 to 18:00 UTC-8.A quick ****** search tells me that, that is 5am - 2pm EST. I have attempted to contact support 3 to 4x a day with no luck at get through because the bot keeps telling me they are closed.HORRRRRRIBLE customer service, i will definitely be rethinking any future purchases.

I was charged for subscriptions I had already cancelled. They refused to give me a refund even though I didn't use the service and tried multiple times to cancel it. They frustrated my attempts to cancel the subscription at every turn and were inconsistent on when my subscriptions were cancelled. For example I was told they could see my attempt to cancel on the 3rd but I was still charged for the service on the 12th. I was told because I wasn't within 14 days of my first purchase of the subscription I would not recieve a refund. It is criminal behavior to charge people for items they do not want and then refusing to issue a refund because of obscure business policies people are intentionally not made aware of. I will take my game purchasing elsewhere and I will fight tooth and nail to get my money refunded.

I purchased a sports headphone from **** official website and used it in the gym. Towards the end of the first month the headphone suddenly stopped working. I contacted technical support and told them the order number and the situation. But **** representative told me that their warranty does not cover cosmetic or physical damage. And the representative gave me a 3rd party repair shop contact information. This repair shop is 500 miles away from where I live. Before I can explain that this is not a physical damage rather a defective product, which is still in their 90 days warranty period, the representative disconnected the call. I contacted them a second time and the same representative picked up my call and without giving me time to explain and disconnected my call again. I wrote a message to their support and I was told someone will call me back. But nobody calls me back. I only used this headphone by myself and it is normal use. One of the reason that I brought from this company is their fame of good production. And I thought that I will get better customer service to buy from their official online store. The fact that the headphone can't turn on for less than a month is not acceptable in the first place but more frustrating is the attitude of the customer service representative of this company. As a US customer, I really think that this company does not provide good product or good customer service. I will not do business with this company any more.

Charged for auto renewal after canceling subscription membership.**************** was quick to say no for a refund. Agent lacked understanding in what **************** is as he was very rude with aggressive tone of voice and threatened to deactivate and ban my account. Asked to speak with a supervisor and agent hung up on me.Time to move over to something else. Xbox or stick to PC.

Bought some $280 earbuds from them in 2021 and they've become completely unusable since then. They first offered me an exchange and were filling out the claim for it but I couldn't find the serial number so I had to chat back in ten minutes later after I was able to find it. When I chatted in a second time the person refused to do the exchange stating that the earbuds were out of warranty. They then refused to honor the previous chat despite me providing them a case number and when I asked for a supervisor that rudely told me a supervisor would tell me the same thing.

Purchased a PS5 for my children directly from **** at the end of June 2022. TODAY the console began crashing despite multiple attempted corrections. PlayStation support is only offering a refurbished console for an item not even two months old. I requested a replacement with a new console given the circumstances and the response was that it was greater than 30 days old and they would not help any further. This is a pristine console that has a software issue of some sort. It is ridiculous to insist on a refurbished replacement for what is essentially a BRAND NEW, $600+ Console!!!!

Playstation recently enabled 2 factor authentication, which blocked me from accessing psn from any of the devices. I don't get any request in authenticator app, and there is absolutely no way to turn off this shi*. I tried to reach their call center, but gave up seeing the wait times (more than an hour). Tried to reach an agent through chat, finally got to an agent. He asked a ton of questions to make sure that I am the right person /account holder etc (which is totally fine, gave my credit card details, serial number of the device, login id etc. and some recent transactions from my credit card in the account). He started insisting that he needs transaction id (which I can't find in my credit card statement), and finally said he can't help without the transaction id.I am unable to use the device because of a change psn made, and they are less welcoming to solve the problem. (I too work in IT industry, and understand why 2 FA is needed etc, but it shouldn't this painful to get help!)

They are a terrible company with horrible business practices. Sent in my playstation in Pristine condition I just got a back today and it has scratches all over it they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I sent to my console to get fixed to have it return to me in worse condition than when I sent it out. I spoke to ***** who is the playstation hardware supervisor she said that she was the head of that department and that was as far as my complaint could go and she couldn't do anything about the damage that they caused to my console.

My son purchased a $50.00 Playstation Card from the ******* in ******, **************. He tried to use the card that he purchased but it told him that it was invalid the first time. So he entered it a second time and he was told that the card had already been used. We spoke with ******* and they told us to contact Playstation. So we did and Playstation checked my son's account and it told him that the card had already been used. However, he always receives an email after using a card. He did not receive an email since he has not been able to use the $50.00 Playstation card. Playstation then told us that they would pass his problem onto another team of theirs. We have not heard anyhting else from them since our phone call. I feel that the Playstation card is not valid. I am writting the *********************** since I feel that my son was taken advantage of. He was so excited to be able to purchase such an expensive card but now to find out it was a bad one.
