      Seems they have deactivated their website after taking my money and wont respond to calls or emails.. scammers!

      my guess is they went bankrupt. website is gone and the link from my email confirmation goes nowhere.

      Paid for 2 tests and set up a zoom meeting for a cruise. Zoom meeting would not connect and phone # and help line also did not work. Definitely do not recommend.

      Don't use this company. We scheduled a virtual test and the zoom link that they sent was invalid. Calling them is useless (they don't answer). There is no way to get help. What a scam!!

      I have a PRC test appointment with them on 7/27/2022, They canceled the appointment due to site closure. I asked for a refund on 8/8/2022 and request again on 9/16, but I still have not received the refund yet. I tried to call, text, email, but no one answered.

      Total scam! Don't do it! They only answer to set up the appointment but then the zoom links don't work and nobody responds to e-mail, phone or char.

      I had a test scheduled for an upcoming cruise. I received a zoom link but when I went to sign in at the time slot I was given, I was told that the zoom link was invalid. I had to go somewhere else for a test. I was told they would not refund my money even though they were at fault.

      Could never schedule virtual test after paying. They never answered the phone or chat line. Do not use them.

      I received a confirmation order # along w a virtual room # but NEVER received a link to go to appt. I have sent 4 emails within last 2 weeks asking for help and have been on hold for 90 + min now. No Response at allWhen I go on site to view my acct, sez no orders??? Im HOPING link will come to me for appt in 2 days as if not I will be totally stressed trying to book w another company for trip.And of course credit card will be told no services rendered we will c but thus far, NOT happy

      They dont allow zero stars so gave it a one. Tried to use telehealth. The Zoom meeting they provided did not exist. They wont refund. I am disputing charge with credit card company.
