      Tried to contact for last Two days and placed on hold over 1.5 hours. They will not answer the phone after paying for test. Will try to stop payment. Don't waste your time and money on 5his group.

      I purchased 2 proctored test appointments and found out a few days later they were no longer needed. I requested a refund 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment and they stated they do not give refunds. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

      Scam alert! In July I purchased 2 telemed testing appointments for an upcoming cruise. Last week, Carnival dropped testing requirements, so I contacted OnPoint to cancel and get a refund. I was informed that virtual appointments are non-refundable but never expire and could be rescheduled. However, in-person tests are refundable. What's the difference? Beats me, but now they have $40 for a service I will never use. Don't even look at their website!

      In April I purchased a $69 covid test for the *** site on May 8. Cancelled this test online on 5/2 when destination country eliminated the test requirement. Have been unable to obtain a refund as of Aug 12. Last vaguely helpful email was on June 15 indicating that the accounting department had my request, and it could take ***** days for them to process. Have been unable to get an update or the refund.

      This is not a legitimate organization. I scheduled a telehealth proctored COVID test for a trip. The test was no longer needed, and I reached out to have it cancelled a week prior to the appointment. I was told by their online chat team if I emailed them, they would make an exception and cancel my appointment and issue a refund. I spent an entire day emailing back and forth with the customer service representatives and they would not honor the request. I even had a manager call me, and would not honor it. The whole process of even setting up the appointment seemed very sketchy, and the interactions with the customer service agents did as well. I would advise anyone against using this "service" as you will be screwed out of money as well. They now have a large sum of my grandparents money for appointments they will not even use. It's so shameful! BEWARE!

      I purchased a ***** test but was charged ***** dollars. I notified this company immediately by email requesting a refund. They do not answer request to refund. I can not get them to answer a phone to talk to me about the situation. I have tried to reach them through live chat but when it gets near my time in que to chat , I get dropped. I believe yhis company is a scam.

      I purchased a telemed covid test for the next morning. No ******* ever showed up. Because I needed this immediately, I purchased another appointment. Someone did show up at the second appointment and provide my documents. When I contacted the company about the ******* no-show, they indicated they were having "technical difficulties" and I could reschedule. Because I needed the results immediately I had already purchased a new appointment. The company is refusing to refund my first appointment even though they acknowledge they were having "difficulties" I have filed a dispute with my credit card. Although they "could" be an option, buyer beware that you may not get your appointment as specified.
