      Failure to honor or hold true to claim I canceled And was contacted by *** who was going to make right on** to find out the right hand was not talking to the left.Not on** was I out ****** but they billed me for a new month The o ** reason for did not protest the new month is because the *** said they will make right if I submitted a new claim which I did

      I contacted this company via email. I wrote in English, but the reply from ******* at the company said: "Please note that our phone support is only available in English. If you would like to proceed with a call in English we can call you back within 60 minutes after your confirmation but we will try to get back to you as soon as possible. If you're not comfortable with a conversation in English we can can continue in Spanish via email." If this is not discriminatory, racial profiling, what is it?

      The SurveyMonkey customer service will not reimburse you for not turning off the auto-renew that turns on if you buy into the service once. I lost $325.95 and received zero service in return for this very large amount of money simply because I didn't toggle a button hidden away in their website. Like the other poor reviews of this unethical company I would recommend people stay away and find a more supportive company to work with.

      They disabled all of my forms without notifying me causing irreversible damage! I bet they wont forget to disable recurring payments. Reached out and only way to contact is via email and they take over 24 hours to respond. NEVER AGAIN! I am done with this c*** company.

      I'm tired of struggling with trying to make my monthly bills with the *** SOCIAL SECURITY retirement monthly benefits payment isn't getting the job done on payday bills that I'm able to pay and the rest of the month I have nothing to support myself with food doctor's appointments copay gas and everything else that I needed I truly need help with away to better myself in a completely way out of the struggle and suffering from the lack of funds to support myself with a better way of making my life feel like ?? it's a very important and affordable way to be comfortable with the funds that I can receive from my own place and my own business to generate enough renovation from a business that can provide me with the profit of the business that is an investment platform with a fast tuned over investment and earn more income in profits from the business of my choosing

      Absolutely no customer service. There's no way to get any support if there's an issue with their site. Obviously this company is not paying attention to helping and keeping their customers. We are moving our business elsewhere.

      Zero stars if I could. I signed up to for a single survey, and then forgot about it. A year later I noticed that SurveyMonkey charged my credit card almost $1,000 for an automatic renewal. No heads up or warning. I hadn't used the service at all for almost a year. I searched everywhere for a customer service number to call. It was so hard to find one. Finally, I found an email address, and almost like a perfectly prepared script, they refused to even consider a refund. Not even a partial one. It's like they enjoyed s******* me out of the $1,000. Everywhere in the contract were perfectly placed provisions like "automatic renew", and "no refunds", and "mandatory arbitration", and "non-disparaging agreements". They literally have built their business on predatory practices. Check out their BBB rating. It speaks for itself. I will tell everyone I know not to use their services. This company is a complete scam and needs to be shut down.

      I'm disapointed that I could not give them zero stars. This Company is so slimy and predatory. I bought an annual subscription last year for $956.25. When you sign-up, their system DEFAULTS to AUTO-RENEW and of course it's not obvious so I missed it. Fast forward a year, I just noticed they charged my card $956.25 for the renewal. I searched their website for a number to call to request a refund....20 minutes later I finally found a link to contact them online. I sent them a note requesting refund and got an immediate NO refunds response. I tried to appeal and no luck, looks like I'm out $956.25. I feel they are a bunch of crooks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SURVEYMONKEY, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

      I have managed to cancel the auto-renewal on my account and have been downgraded to a basic plan. I need a receipt of proof and to ensure my account receives no future charges. Once in a blue moon do I receive an email response. It is hard to communicate with them moving forward. I do not trust this company and need better communication. There is no phone number to call for immediate help. This is a major problem.

      Is it possible to give zero stars at all? This company engaged in predatory consumer behavior. I cancelled my subscription nearly 10 YEARS AGO AND THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME A MONTHLLY FEE EVER SINCE. I discovered this when finances got tight and I needed to ensure I wasn't losing money. THEY OFFERED ONE SINGLE MONTH REFUND and informed me that the fees are "generally nonrefundable." And for an online business, there website is full of bugs.
