      Liars!. They false advertisement and then didn't want to pay for the diagnostic test after it was determined the issue was not a covered under the warranty. They told me REGARDLESS the diagnostic would be refunded back to me REGARDLESS of the issue which should be how can one determine what's even wrong with the vehicle without the diagnostic test being done? They are garbage! I just paid another month of service for no service!. GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE!. IM SO UPSET with these clowns. And they won't even refund my last payment. Do not do business with these people!

      If only BBB would let you use 0 starts. Do not use Survey Monkey. They have no customer service what so every. My daughter tried to use them for a youth not-for profit she volunteers for and lock out any response over 25. You cant unlock just one survey they want at least $100 to get the rest of the responses. This company is scam with horrible customer service. Stay away!

      Company defrauds its customers DO NOT USE. If you purchase an account, they will slam you with renewals and delight in being completely impossible to contact. I used a work email for an account, my work (a hospital) was hit with a ransomware attack so it tightened its firewalls. Meanwhile Survey Monkey hit me with over $200 in renewal fees for an account I hadnt used in almost a year. I had forgotten the password and couldnt get a link resent since out work firewall blocked external emails after the ransomware attack. Survey Monkey supplies no way to contact them otherwise, unless you are a premium member. I disputed the charge with my *********** American Airlines card, it was briefly cancelled, only to have it re-emerge once Survey Monkey supplied a rich dossier of excuses as to why I should still be responsible for said charges and they were reinstated. I then contacted my credit card issuer, changed my account number, and was assured I wouldnt be charged again. Meanwhile our institution relaxed its firewall, and I got a reminder email from Survey Monkey on 3/18/24 that if I didnt use my account by 4/1/24, it would be deactivated. Lo and behold I get ANOTHER charge for over $200 on 3/25/24 from Survey Monkey for an account I now havent used in 20 months. So I contact the credit card company again and dispute, and get another card number. Still no contact info for Survey Monkey, and I cannot reply to the email they sent. Any company that doesnt want to be contacted should arouse suspicion, and Survey Monkey lied about cancelling my subscription and is just fine with charging me about $20 per month for eternity. NEVER do business with this company. They choose to not be contacted, choose to misinform you, and choose to fight back if you protest. How about the time spent disputing my charge dispute was spent on monitoring a phone line or email, Suvery Monkey? Total fraudsters.

      I accidentally signed up for a free account when I thought I was taking a survey for a product I buy every week. I missed reading the alert at the top of the page that the survey had been closed. I went to UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of the page--it didn't work.I looked up the phone number--it didn't work. I did leave an email message yesterday which has not been answered yet.I can see why customers rate this company so low.

      Be Warned. This company has you put a credit card in for an auto renew but will NOT refund you when it sneaks up on you after a year of non use. After interacting with the company, their policy is a strict no refund policy... so if you are going to use this service. do NOT put in for autorenew. This ****** cost us nearly $500. So again, Be Warned

      I wish I could give a negative 5 stars! I In error I paid the wrong user account and now we don't have access to years of data. They will not transfer the info nor will they give me a refund so I can pay the correct user account. It was just paid on Friday and this is Monday morning. Terrible customer service. This is a horrible company to deal with and I thought this many bad ratings would be reflected in the BBB Rating and Accreditation rating. Why isn't the BBB helping us with these complaints? The only way to access our data is to pay for another membership in the other user account.

      While there is a free plan advertised, it's missing fairly basic features. I'm all for freemium, but having an open ended question on a survey seems like a very basic feature to lock behind a paywall. As well, the starter plan is $25 a month. Seems a little steep to me

      DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - VERY MISLEADING. UNABLE TO GET REFUND OR CHANGE PACKAGE CHOSEN. THOUGHT I COULD CANCEL AND ONLY BE CHARGED FOR TIME USED. THEY DO NOT APPEAR TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP RESOLVE MY ISSUE. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. B E W A R E !!!

      DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE- YOU CANNOT GET HELP WHEN NEEDED! I have been billed for survey monkey account that a former employee used, I have been unable to cancel the account because I don't have the log in credentials. When I provided the user name to ********************** they couldn't find the account, hence I thought the issue was resolved. It seems that they don't care to resolve the issue since they already have our billing info set-up on automatic billing. You CAN NOT speak to a live person just a chatbot which can't resolve anything and emails with customer service are not helpful. Even the instructions on their complaint page require you to communicate through the chatbot system, unless you are paid, but guess what I have paid, but can't access the account. This company doesn't seem to care about customer service as long as they get your money. There are better survey options out there, who actually allow access to customer support!
