    On 8/8/24, I downloaded Solitaire Clash from AviaGames. I played a game and the app said I won money and if I wanted to claim my $8. When I said yes, I chose to have it sent to my Venmo. Much to my surprise, AviaGames charged my venmo account $8 instead of giving me $8. I have emailed the company and like other victims, have not received a response. I would like a full refund as AviaGames has purposely misled me to obtain funds from my account.

    I was on my phone and saw an add for a cash game app. It was in the ******* store. I have never tried one, but I trust ******* so i installed the game bubble buzz. It asked me to put how I planned to pay for bets. I said pay pal. But it didn't give me the ****** page, so I thought I'd be paying later. Well, i thought I was depositing winnings into my account in the app to be downloaded to my ****** later. What really was happening was that I was withdrawing mo ey from my bank account. I drained my account - like 200+ dollars, by the time I figured out what was going on. I tried to withdraw what was on the app but i couldnt take it all. I contacted them right away to say that I made a mistake, I didn't understand. They told me that they couldn't return my money and that the withdrawal request I made was gonna be around 15 days from now. I emptied my account! I completely misunderstood what was going on. After the fact, I came to BBB and saw that others had similar issues. I just want as much of my money back as possible. I had no idea. I just want to cry.

    Well I downloaded Bingo Clash just to look at it. It asked for an account in case you won money. I gave them one , dumb I know. They charged 2 of my cards. 10 dollars each. I emailed them, they gave me an address no one answers, they dont answer their phone. I dont want them taking anymore payments from account. Amount is *****

    A child accessed my account and spend my money without permission to play the Solitaire clash Game with Avia games. I am requesting they refund any and all money that was spent on said game as it was not spent by a consenting adult

    Misleading and fraudulently withdrew money from my bank account through Venmo! I thought I was being told there was a $13.00 deposit NOT a withdrawal!     I am rejecting this response because:  you added what appeared to be cash winnings on my behalf and I thought I was authorizing those winnings into my Venmo account that I appeared to authorize under that impression!  That I won!  I had only played the game for a short few minutes and never before to know I was withdrawing money from my account!  You tricked and fraudulently led me to believe different and you know exactly what you did!!  And Ill let everyone know how much of a scam this is!!  Its unfortunate you take advantage of people like this!  You stoled $13.00 from me in a matter of 1-2 minutes of allowing me to think I was withdrawing my winnings and depositing into my Venmo account for my winnings!!  You know exactly what you did and you scammed me 100%!!  I want my money back or Im contacting my bank for fraudulent reimbursement do to your scam!!!  And you know it was a scam!!

    I got this commercial that popped up a while playing the regular free solitaire app on my iPhone that said you could win cash with this other solitaire game called Solitaire Clash by **** games on 8/1/2024 and I downloaded it. It said it was free to play so I downloaded it and played a couple games and it said I had one like $10 in cash. There was an icon on the right that said deposit and when I clicked on it, it pulled up PayPal and I assumed I was able to deposit my winnings into my PayPal account. I clicked on it and the next thing I know its charging my PayPal account eight dollars and now saying I have $18.81 in my Solitaire Clahs account but only eight dollars of it is actually cash, I can put into my PayPal account. I didnt exactly know how this game worked exactly this is new to me. I was like this is not what I wanted. I thought I was cashing out my winnings into my PayPal account. So then I noticed down on the side, another icon where it says withdrawal, which they conveniently make it difficult to see and hide on the right in which you have to click a drop down box first for it to pull up, but put the Deposit right out front for everyone to see right away. So when I click withdraw and tried to withdraw the eight dollars then it says its going to put in my PayPal account. Then when Im about to finish cashing out the withdrawal on the last screen comes up a withdrawal fee of $2.20 they have the audacity to try to charge me an extra $2.20 just to put my money back into my PayPal account. Talk about nickel and dime scammers. I contacted Avia games Immediately and initiated a dispute with PayPal, but Avia games is giving me the runaround when I email them for my money back they keep asking for my info over and over again. They even have a phone number which is ************. I tried calling that phone number numerous times and it says the mailbox is full. Nobody will answer and you cant even leave a message. I want my $8 back without paying an extra fee.

    I am attempting to withdraw the money I have won in the game. It says that my request will be reviewed within 72 hours, but nearly a month went by before I cancelled the request and made a new one since there had been no movement.     My most recent withdrawal with Bingo Clash has been pending for over a month, I've reached out multiple times to their customer support, getting the same non-answers. I think they intentionally delay large withdrawals from customers to stall and keep the money in the app, so it's likely while you wait for another withdrawal, you'd play games and lose all that money. There's never any delay when I needed to deposit rather than withdrawal.

    **** games, Solitare Crush was collecting money will playing the game stating DEPOSIT which I thought was for wining and getting the deposit into my bank account; instead DEPOSIT is what they call withdrawal. When I pulled up my bank account I then realized that Avia withdrawn over $40 Dollars from my bank account. I feel the verbiage was miss leading and costing a senior citizen money. Scam senior citizens.I submitted a withdrawal of what was available of $40 paid to PayPal, but was rejected with no explanation at all as to why.I want my $40 refunded.
