    On July 18, 2024, 11 withdrawals were made to my account through Pay Pal and IT IS NOT AUTHORIZED BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW THIS COMPANY. I LEARNED ABOUT ALL THE TRANSACTIONS MADE THROUGH PAY PAL NOTIFICATIONS TO MY EMAIL. I started an investigation in Pay Pal about it. Pay Pal told me that this company continues to access my bank account through Pay Pal and Pay Pal canceled a membership that was opened without authorization. I need to be reimbursed for all the money that was withdrawn without authorization since this has caused me a lot of problems to the point that I have to close my bank account

    This is not a concrete answer!
    If I don't file a complaint through BBB; does this company not realize that there is a dispute for unauthorized charges? Abruptly, they realized that it is being disputed... I need my money back in full to the method they used to make these UNAUTHORIZED charges. We are not talking about 1 cent here; we are talking about a lot of money that Aviagames took from my account without authorization, I don't know who they are and the least I need is 'THANK YOU FOR GETTING BACK TO US'. This practice should be pointed out and regulated because in this whole situation the ONLY ONE AFFECTED IS ME, BECAUSE THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I NEED THE FULL AMOUNT TO BE DEPOSITED IN PAYPAL SINCE IT WAS THE PLATFORM THAT WAS USED TO MAKE THESE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS.

    I have been trying to understand how this company works...they have deceitful ads about their games. I honestly do NOT have ANY of those games in my phone/iPad/computer... however, somehow, they started charging my PayPal account! I have no idea how! It started in February and since then I have been trying to be reasonable and at first I asked for a refund (at this point. total of $25.00). I gave up after MANY attempts to communicate with them. You send them an e-mail and you get SEVERAL responses from different people or auto-responses...and NOBODY knows anything about your previous e-mails, previous conversations, etc. They simply do NOT leave an e-mail trail on their "responses" to you! It is a TOTAL mess. I was so upset that I practically gave up on the refund, but asked them to DELETE my info and stop with any auto pay from my PayPal account...the response is about the same to whatever you request... it says:" In response to your inquiry, we have reviewed your records and your request. Please note that, under our Terms of Service, section 6.1, payments made to Avia are non-refundable."I have ALL the e-mails exchanged in between them and myself since Feb 2024...They simply ignore the fact that I have explained over and over, I do NOT play ANY of their fake games!

The business also wrote over and over about their TOS and when I ask them to e-mal such TOS to me, they refuse to do so and suggest I download one of their games to read the Terms of Service... which I will NOT do! I will NOT download ANY of their games to my phone or computer. Why are they refusing to e-mail it to me? What are they hiding?

    They keep telling me that payments made to Avia are non refundable according to Terms of Service so and so. I requested several times for them to e-mail me such TOS (as they call the Terms of Service) and they suggest me to download one of their games for me to read it. I will NOT download ANY of their games because it is another way to take even more money from my PayPal account. They say they are unable to send me such TOS via e-mail and Ive asked many times the reason why they are unable to e-mail me and got no response, just the same suggestion to download their games. It is a TOTAL scam!

    Regarding Aviagames **** Solitaire Clash, I attempted my make a withdrawal and was denied stating that I needed to verify my account. In review of the messages in the app, a message was posted (without any other form of notification) 11 days ago stating that I needed to verify my account and would not be able to deposit or withdrawal money until such time. However, I did deposit money s***e that message and didnt have an issue. When I attempted to make a withdrawal today I was denied pending verification. When I reached out to customer support asking why I was permitted to deposit money during this time but cannot withdrawal, they did not provide an answer and instead just asked me to complete my verification. Despite Aviagames, *** stating that verification was needed and deposits and withdrawals could not be completed during this time, they did allow deposits and have continued to denied my withdrawal request. Currently the withdrawal amount would be $ ****** in addition to the deposits.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business agent did not resolve anything. They again, instructed me to verify my account. No reference or resolution to the complaint. This company took over ***** dollars from me at the same time denying my withdrawal disregarding their own written statement received after the fact that no deposits or withdrawals could be completed until my account was verified. They had no issue taking over ***** from me and only denied a transaction when I requested withdrawal. I would like a refund for all money accepted on and after July 1,2024.

    I downloaded the app Solitaire Clash and played I won 3 games and the app told me to double click to download my winnings to my Apple Card I doubled clicked and when I went into my Apple Card they had CHARGED my account instead of giving me the money.     ALL charges made to my debit card on 7/11 and 7/12.Amounting in a total of $2,380 11 charges of $150 each 7 charges of $30 each 2 charges of $50 each 3 charges of $75 each 1 charge of $85 1 charge of $10 1 charge of $100 I did not authorize this company to auto draft out of my account. My banking account has been drained. There were multiple times where the account was in winning status and no withdrawals were made. My expectation is that the matter be fixed immediately and my money be refunded.

    The date of the transaction was today, 7.11.24. However, this has happened to me before at other times. The amount in question for today is $75 and that is not counting my winnings. Their customer service is not run well so they have led me on a wild goose chase. They state that they don't need a reason to ban me but the banning always happens when they are supposed to pay me my winnings. Avia has been sued for using bots in their games but this is not my complaint. They should be sued for banning people without just cause and for stealing money.They banned me in another game and I asked why and they said that it is because my IP was somewhere where their games aren't allowed to be played. When I proved to them that they were wrong, they deleted that answer and told me that that answer was sent by mistake and it was because of a different reason. I have proof of these texts. I cannot imagine that it is legal to steal money from players.The game in question:Game: Blockolot Name: ************************* UID: *********** They owe me $70 for this account and $5 for my last account.I have text of them telling me that I can open more than 1 account if my previous accounts have been deleted/ closed. They have stolen far more than the $75 that I want back. They should be held accountable for stealing from their customers.

    We were charged in 4 separate transactions for a game that we didn't have the ability to download on our devices, that therefore we could not have authorized payment for. These transactions hit our bank late on 6/29/24.Transaction Numbers:043213 - $15.00 ****** - $5.00 ****** - $8.00 ****** - $7.99 When we inquired about these charges we were told it was done on Bingo Bliss which is unable to be downloaded on our devices. We were given a redacted username that neither one of us recognized.
