    takes a lot of deposit methods but as soon as you try withdraw. You cant! only option for me to withdrawal is PayPal. A PayPal that I dont even have access to! Can you just delete my account? Said they can refund on original payment. Which was done for past payments except the dates (12/17/2021 & 12/18/2021) a 4.99$ package and a 9.99$ package that only 6.01$ was refunded for, if its possible. Can you please refund me my winnings to my last 4 numbers of my bank ************************* a check form to address on file? Its crazy how I can put my money in so easily but PayPal is my only way to withdraw I just want to have the money (22.98$ thats withdrawable) withdrawn. Would want to keep playing if I can get a different payout method

    Avia games has a solitaire game app where you can supposedly win money back on the apple App Store that I downloaded and paid 8$ to play via PayPal. I went on to win 33.06$ and processed it out at 10:54am on may 13th 2024 to pay me my winnings. It then said I forfeited 11.06$ and I still have not gotten any of my winnings, my application to get my winnings hasnt even been reviewed, even though they said at most it would take 15 days to review my application for my winnings. I keep reaching out to them to no avail.

    I submitted a withdrawal on May 20, 2024 for $46. I have reached out numerous times via email and keep getting a standard email they are reviewing. I requested information to file a formal complaint under the Freedom of Information Act, which they did not provide.

    I paid $3,000 into this company because I thought I can win. As it turned out it created a gambling addict and when I went online they use bots to steal money from people. There are lawsuits for them using bots. When I tried to get my money back they said too bad. Wont give me anything. They are stealing pretending its gambling when there is no chance to win anything. There are multiple news articles about them using bots including the lawsuit printed in ny times.

    They continue to NOT take responsibility for their actions and have continued to put the blame on a Minor!  They want me to either download the game and contact them through the game? Or have my minor child do the same!  Either way is unacceptable!  If they would like to communicate to resolve this they can call or email me to resolve this but the only way this is resolved is with an apology AND a refund.

    Charges showed up on my Venmo then taken from my checking account, in the amount of ******. I did not authorize any of these. I tried to get in touch with Aviagames. I sent a email. I tried calling a number on a site, they gave a another number, which when I asked if they were Aviagames they hung up on me.

    I play on avia games app pocket seven I won 284 dollars. I requested a withdrawl of funds, their policy says 3 days the review. It's been five customer service has been taunting me and saying they will help that it takes time. Shouldn't they have to follow the rules like everyone else albeit the rules the implemented on themselves how is this a legit business they shouldn't be allowed in the market.

    I am rejecting this response because: I filed action I'm court. I have the dispute results so I will be pursuing the law suit I'm Dupage County Circuit Court smalls. Once they ate able to tell which bank they are talking to PayPal or Chime they won't even give that information. They will be served a summons, affidavit and complaint.     So I have requested from this business for them to stop taking a $3.99 charge off my bill from a game. I believe its Avia games. when you go to call them, its literally someones voicemail on the phone that says leave a message and then it says voice box is full you SMS of course you never hear from them. Ive emailed them of course Ive never heard back from them when you go to cancel request or whatever on the game to stop them from charging you they give you two options the phone that doesnt work or the email. They continue to take my money even though ive cancelled several times! They never get back to you as so now Im contacting you to figure out what can be done. Thank you for your time.
