    Using algorithms and robots to scam people out of their money. Have lost close to 15k, not to mention my mental health and sanity. Do not under any circumstance, download this game. Complete scam, even the responses are ai generated when you try to get some help

    I never played their games, i never signed up for their service but now im seeing im being charged money for their service. i dont even have email confirmations of any of this till i got a charge.i contacted them via email and phone.the email pretty much waited 3 days WHILE I POSTED PROOF THAT I NEVER SIGNED UP OR ANYTHING TO TELL ME IM NOT BEING REFUNDED.the phone leads to a personal phone voice mail.im working with my bank and other powers to get my money refunded. and as for the company, if you try to respond to this as a "no wait, lets work something out..." you had that chance and you blew it. just refund the money.

    its being disputed cause i went to my bank and paypal and also  reported yall there.  they already credited me the refund because  the SAME EVIDENCE I  showed you guys that wasnt good enough for you, was  PERFECT for them.

     

    its crazy how yall went from we will work to get your refund, to  barely responding, to  telling me i wont get a refund to finally  telling me  THIS MORNING,  that you  banned the account i NEVER MADE but you guys have a no refund  policy so no refund.

    Ive been playing Solitaire Clash for two months and have done research and Im sure they are using bots to scam their customers out of their money. Im sure they are guilty of Racketeering and there are pending lawsuits against them which I recently discovered. Ive sent my complaints directly to the company and denying everything unwilling to provide a refund. I would like to file this complain to prevent others from being scammed and to receive help in getting a refund. Thank you I appreciate your time.

    This business is providing a gaming service under false pretenses and refusing to provide a refund or any reasonable resolution. They are running a scam on users using bots to manipulate the outcome of matches. *** witnessed playing against the same user name on numerous instances and the game should be investigated for fraud.

    I played Solitaire Clash on AviaGames before I realized their use of bots in their games. They claim to match opponents based on skill but then also use old games. This information is not located anywhere. They cheat innocent people out of money with their use of these tactics. There is no customer service. Only robots that answer you back with generic answers. You cant speak to a live person for anything. They of course are unable to show you a playback of your game or your opponent, which is because of their illegal tactics. When you call them out on their ways, they quit responding to you. This site needs to be shut down for good.

    I have been playing Bingo Tour and have had no problems originally with the company letting me withdraw what I am owed from winnings. However, now they have denied my requests over and over. Upon contacting them I get generic responses or being asked to wait while automatically being denied my withdrawal from the company. It was originally $575 but I played through some of it figuring they were refusing to give me anything but automatic responses and generic. I am seeking the end of my money returned to me. As I have been asking for over a week with being denied. I don't see how they can deny giving winnings out but will instantly accept any deposits if you offer them money. I know there is also a class action lawsuit against them based on bots. So that's when I wanted to withdraw my money and not play anymore.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted support many times. Everytime I have been given a run around telling me to resubmit my withdrawal requests. Everytime I sent them in they would be denied and I would be asked to do it again. I never had an issue until trying to withdraw my higher amount of money and it going past the daily limit of when I was told I would have it by. I have attached screenshots of the withdraws and my name in the game to further help show proof, as I again ask for my money I have been requesting back. I was told I needed to show that I didn't have any complaints with PayPal about the company and proved so. Only to be told you would review it to submit my withdraw to me and instantly deny it. I have chat screenshots as well to support what I have said. I ask again to please give me my requested money back to my PayPal account.

    On April 27th I downloaded an app for Solitaire and Unbeknownst to me they were Deducting a transaction for $10 and a transaction for $50 total = $60 I've contacted the merchant for a refund but haven't heard a thing.     I have been playing in this platform for a few years now and I have withdrawn a few times in the past. This time however my withdrawal was a higher amount so they are coming up with reasons to delay even beginning to review my withdrawal process. I put in the withdrawal on 04/18/2024. The process even states it takes 72 hours for the team to review it and because I emailed support asking for updates and if anything was changing after the 72 hour promise they added extra days to my withdrawal process. I also read in their new terms and agreements they just updated that if we do not agree with then we can withdraw the remaining funds from the account and request it to be deactivated which I have also asked them to do and they ignored my request and added more days after that as well. The withdrawal amount is $5,468, transaction code aTeLte6M1C1sRB . I have been patient and tried to work with them and it is going into the next month and still nothing but more excuses and added processing days.
