    I was playing a game online the other day and am ad came up to play solitaire and win money. I'm in a pickle for money right now and wanted to look into it. Downloaded the game, which isn't even listed in the apps, but thought it was. Aviagames made it. Solitaire Clash is the name.When playing it out looked like I was playing with fake money because of all the fun cartoon things putting money in my fun money account. At the beginning it mentioned that money would go in my paypal that I would win. After I did win games, things would come up like do I want to deposit 5.00 here, 7.00 there ect. I assumed they were depositing my wins in my paypal. When it says deposit.... To me that means putting money in my account. But it was deceptive because what they did was withdrew that money from my paypal account. I feel like a fool for thinking otherwise. I've tried contacting them email and support, they can't help me. I tried my bank... They can't help me..... I feel betrayed.

    Just started on March 22nd 2024 at approximately 236 a.m. I filed for a withdrawal of $18 on Bingo tour who is owned by a via games they say on their thing that takes 72 hours to be reviewed well a week later I still had not gotten my $18 so I sent them an email they said it was still under review Friday night I sent him another email this morning I got up to see what my answer was on my email there was no answer so I went to the game well I found out that they had banned my user and their answer of banning me was that I had violated their terms which I have done no such thing so I sent him a few more emails they've ignored all my emails since then I contacted PayPal because a lot of my payments have gone through PayPal that I paid well when I contacted PayPal I found out that if via games are doing automatic payments through my PayPal account that I did not know anything about I only went back as far as January 1st of 2024 and just do my PayPal account they had taken $183 out that I didn't know anything about then I went to my ***** Fargo account and I found that they taking since the first of January they had taken $460 out of my ***** ********** account that I need nothing about I contacted ***** Fargo there putting it investigation on Via games as of right now so then I decided I would contact you and let you know the rest they are not responding to any of my emails I called the phone I have two phone numbers for them they are not answering either one of my phone numbers each time I call it goes to a voicemail box which is full so I can't even leave a message I have sent him several emails today they're not responding to either any of my emails and I can't message them so I did get on ******** onto their ******** page and I left them a message on that they blocked me from ******** as well

    Rigged games glitches and closes out games causing me to lose money I have spent over $300 on this game and it is clearly rigged i stupidly use this as a past time for my depression and anxiety it give me something to do but I have reported issues to not have. Them corrected I recently purchased a pass and they stole it back keeping the rewards I paid for and refuse to correct it just like any other issue

    Avia games is spreading misinformation to its customers in order to gain trust and scam customers out of their money. They have a lawsuit they lost already in February 2024, and I have multiple screenshots of conversations between myself and customer support where they say one thing that doesnt make sense logically and when I state what they say shady they completely switch what they say. I also have screenshots that provide evidence that the company uses bots to match against players resulting in monetary loss. In the supporting documents look at the dates I have a screenshot from January of 2024 of their leaderboard and one from today and they are exactly the same. Meaning the same people stay at the top even though the leaderboard refreshes.

    Date of transaction: 02-01-2024 I, for my first time, played games on Avia games and cashed in two. One was aHrr75el RQPCWL FOR $52.00 AND THE OTHER IS aHrr7f4LOrtYLe. I have been in touch with them numerous times and they either ignore my message or reply to me that the $52 was sent to my Paypal account (which is not true) and then they claimed they sent it to my credit card (which is not true). I have done everything I know to do. I have contacted Pay Pal several times and my credit card and they have not received any reimbursement. This may seem like a small amount to them but it is Big to me. They have never responded about the smaller one at all. I have heard so many things about this company and they seem to monopolize the games, so I am wondering if I should ban them and not play their games at all.

They have tried to say they sent the money to my account and then said they sent it to my credit card but I have received nothing.  If they have sent it, then they must provide me proof as I still have no record of receiving it.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have had no deposits, nor anything in the mail to even show that you have refunded me.  I would know if I had any deposits to my paypal account or my bank account.  If you have refunded any at all, I request that you show proof of where it was sent as someone from your agency first said it was sent to paypal and then said it was refunded to my credit card, which is false.  If you do business like this, I will do my best to keep anyone else from playing your games in the future.  The proof of refunding me is in your ball field because I have not received it.   ***************************, ************************************************

    I am sorry to be taking up so much of your time but I have heard that this group is very false.  The strange thing is that they keep telling me they mailed the funds but they won't tell me where they went to or show me where they mailed them to.  I have received no money into my paypal account or anywhere else, so if they refunded they must have sent them to someone else.  I am not giving in.

    I am not allowed to withdraw my money because I filed a dispute with my bank for a double charge.Avia games will let you deposit as much as you want with a dispute open, but they wont let you withdraw. I even went as far as to call my bank and cancel my valid dispute, and they still wont let me withdraw because they say I have to provide proof that I canceled my dispute. I have no physical proof, I made a phone call, I never should have had to cancel my valid dispute to begin with. I believe this company is fraudulent and has stolen from me.

    They charged me in $8, $10 and $15 for a total of $46.00. They say that you are winning and when you cash out they charge you instead of paying you. This is a SCAM. All these charges we never approved/authorized. the number that they give you will go straight to voicemail and you will never get to anyone.

    **Demand for Refund**I demand a full refund of $3,358 to my account under the username "jessijaykay" to enable the withdrawal of funds. My recent discovery reveals that Avia Games employs undisclosed bots on their platform, thereby engaging in deceptive business practices. Under Washington state law, consumers are legally entitled to refunds in cases of deception. As I was not apprised of the utilization of bots during gameplay, I assert my right to a refund of all funds deposited into my account.Furthermore, I explicitly reject any new terms introduced subsequent to my last deposit made on March 22nd, 2023.
