    During the recent fires in ***** some of us lost everything and this is after the virus. Me and my two cousins were against the grind of things till we kinda lost everything but eachother. In the chaos we spent all our time together with no where to go but one of our aunts home as guests.. we passed the time playing aviagames pocket 7 desperate to earn a dime and pass time with no where else to turn. One of us had been playing but me and the other just caught on a little. We didnt make much but they took our deposits and winnings both. We only won 47, 45 and 25 dollers a piece playing a few nights straght and were greatful for the ****** we got. But we didnt get it.. the accounts were closed and no one would tell us why or speak to us. We witnessed tons of bot players and when they get permission to record your screen they dont even do it and say network error failed or something.. so we would record the games our self and its undisputably evident in the recordings that avia cheats players. It wouldnt take the cognitive consciousness of a small child to identify the many methods they cheat players. But we just lost everything and for us it was worth what little we could earn. But their greed definitely outweighed the value we had in what we managed from the games. All i have is the emails we used for the games because they blocked us over what little we won saying all three of us were fraudulant and refused to give us info or details. They just shut us out after trying to withdraw a little bit. Its not much but ontop of the deposits maybe 150 bucks between us... I find it funny how after we learned of their law suits and etc for cheating players. I would say im not alone in having undisputably undeniable evidence of exactly how they apply each method to cheat players.. id just like me and my cousins to get our money back and what we earned.. i mean look how wealthy avia is and we just lost everything man. Id say if just one of us, its a mistake.. but all 3 of us?

    On February 26th Avia Games Solitaire app charged my Pay Pal without my consent, 5$, 15$, and 8$ all in three separate charges was taken out of my pay pal. I would also like it to be known I have emailed them for help and they have not been cooperating with me. I downloaded this game a day before and did not even participate on it, so I am unclear how my money was being used in the first place.

    Avia Games is a gaming app that is fraudulent and rips people off. They pretend they are depositing money into a Venmo account and they are taking it out instead. They removed $28 from my Venmo account. I did not authorize this. I have been trying to get them to refund this money. I am awaiting to see the monies put back in my account. They refuse to put back the entire amount saying there is a $4 process fee. This is bogus. I want others to be aware of this companys thievery.

    I purchased a chance to win on a game called flip of fate. It shows you the cards that you can win before they are flipped over so you cant see them and then you pick. I had already purchased the 2.99 option and picked three cards so I only had six to pick from and they were all high level rewards. When I picked three they were all low rewards that had not been shown when I payed for the game. I contacted customer service and they blew me off.

    I was due 87 dollars from this game on Tuesday the 13th my withdrawal ID is b7xSdcGLS2MyTK. So far I've received 35 dollars after telling them I would be filling a complaint. I would like my full winning and this is ******* false advertising!

    After checking the records in our system, we have found that the withdrawal has been processed successfully. Based on your description, we would like to assume that you have misunderstood how withdrawals are issued to the players.

    In accordance with the Avia Withdrawal Policy, withdrawals are primarily issued as refunds ************ payment methods used to make in-app deposits. However, if the amount being withdrawn exceeds the total amount previously deposited, withdrawals will be fully or partially transferred to you via PayPal or Venmo, in your case, the transfer part is the "35 dollars" while the refund part for the withdrawal has been sent as well in a total of $52 to your original payment method.

    I have been playing an online solitaire game and won a considerable amount of money. The game proclaims that withdrawals of winnings will be dispositioned within 72 hours and payments within 7 days. To date this company owes me $1537 and another $400 that is pending. I believe this company is defrauding people of money and intentionally making it difficult to provide winners their money. In this electronic age, there is zero reason for this type of delay. I would like full compensation for my winnings and there will be no further action. If I do t get a reasonable response within 48 hours, I will pursue a class action law suit.

    I ran into the site that you could play games do surveys and a you get paid through PayPal instead of me getting paid I was charged two times on 17 January **** for five dollars each time twice in the same day I called PayPal theyre gonna investigate it to see if they can get my refund. They also had a phone number I called it and it didnt go through. It was talking something about SMM message. It was not correct I didnt order anything.
