    I've been utilizing an online gaming platform known as 8 Ball Strike, which is a product of Avia Games. This application presents its clientele with the prospect of accruing real monetary gains via depositing funds and emerging victorious from matches. Initially, the platform was characterized by a captivating and competitive ambiance. However, upon engaging with the application for an extended duration, certain elements have surfaced that cast doubt on its legitimacy.From the period of December 4th, 2023 to December 6th, 2023, a comprehensive analysis of the 8 Ball Strike game was conducted, and the initial suspicions were indeed validated.During this time frame, it was observed that securing a top position was an unattainable objective. Regardless of the high scores I achieved, there would invariably be a competitor who emerged at the eleventh hour with a score that was seemingly unachievable.Instances were recorded where scores in the ballpark of **** were overshadowed by scores ranging from **** to ****. Scoring **** points, let alone ****, in this game is an impossibility, leading to the conclusion that these are fabricated scores. It is noteworthy that this was not an isolated incident or two, but instead became a recurring pattern. My experience led me to conclude that this site is a scam. Upon further investigation on the internet, I discovered that I am not alone in this belief, as numerous others share the same sentiment.I have repeatedly contacted ****'s support, only to be met with inadequate or dismissive responses. By lodging this complaint with the BBB, I am attempting to find a resolution to this issue before resorting to engaging third-party agencies, which could lead to criminal charges against ****. This is not a threat, but a serious call for immediate action.

    I began playing thinking you could earn money. When I started winning games, the prompts said I could deposit money into my account. I was up to about $1500 and was getting really mad at how often the game froze up during play and had to request refunds. It happened about 30 times.So, I looked for other similar games. When presented the same deposit prompts, it occurred to me they might mean that Im actually depositing money from my credit card. Low behold, I was duped by BingoTour. Never saw it coming and felt really stupid.So, I requested total withdrawal $1470 from BingoTour on 11/11/2023. Said to be completed with in a few days.On 12/3, I checked back on the status of the withdrawal on PayPal. Zero. So, I back tracked on AviaGames. And went through my messages. FYI, nobody ever said check here for transaction problems. One message said my account needs verification. I have no clue what that means. But I got there and began the process which entails taking pictures of your license and a selfie. Process failed but didnt explain why. And I cant find one telephone number to call.So between last night and again this morning, *** tried countless times asking customer service to help me complete this task. They dont read my requests giving me answers that dont provide details I need to get my problem resolved.They tell me to request withdrawal, but I dont want the current balance touched. I want my original request completed.This company borders on a criminal scene in my opinion. And they should be referred to an attorney general for investigation.

    I am rejecting this response because: No money has been received. They may have processed the withdrawal, but I haven't gotten any of it. I was told that it would be deposited in my PayPal account, and it has a zero balance. If that's true, please explain where they sent the money.

    The messages section on Bingo Tour says my account needs to be verified BEFORE any withdrawals can be made. The verification pictures did not pass for whatever the reason and would not let me repeat the process.

    When I called their company phone number, it's bogus. Nobody answers and their mailbox is FULL. I just want to talk to a person. The text tech support does NOT respond to the exact nature of the issue.

    I am making a complaint to avia games regarding lack of customer care and support in terms of making deposits on their gaming sites. I have contacted them 3 separate times regarding support with deposits and gambling addiction and have not had any support on this matter. The last contact they offered to ban my account but they have not done this which has led to me spending excessive amounts on money on this game and leaving myself facing financial difficulty. I have had to take out multiple loans to fund this addiction and have reached out to avia games who have not supported me. I have been signed off work sick due to ongoing stress and anxiety due to financial problems. I am also of the understanding that this company is being sued regarding the use of bots in its games and this I have been a victim of their fraud. I would like all money I have deposited to avia games refunded.

    I am rejecting this response because: I feel as though as a company avia games have a duty of care to its users and should ensure they are protected from harm and what could be caused by excessive spending. There should be limits or the opportunity to offer limits when people are spending a lot of money. There is no thought for customer welfare or care.

    I had made a withdrawal since 10/16/23 til today. Aviagames keep rejecting my withdrawal for no reason. They dont want to pay me the money I make in the games. First 2 time the reason is I got suspicious activity after that you say something wrong with my PayPal account. But Im able to send and receive money from other company. Even if you fail I will see failing record on my side. But I check with PayPal support they said theres no money came in with Aviagames at all!!!

    In the last 4 years theyve stole THOUSANDS FROM ME. Having bots play you so you automatically lose and then refuse refunds period unless they want to give you money back which NEVER happens.

    I downloaded Solitaire Clash where you are supposed to win cash for playing. After supplying my PayPal account in order to accept any winnings I started playing. What I didnt know was that every time I thought I was receiving Rewards they were in fact taking money from my account. If I had not checked my PayPal account there is no telling how much they would have taken out of my account. I feel this is deceiving and misleading. Dont call it rewards if it isnt rewards. Why would I give the m money for playing? I dont get it.

    On November 7, 7:35 pm EST, I deposited $5 into the app "BingoClash" from the app store. I played with the money I deposited and earned $52. As you can see in the image below, on November 8, at 4:06 AM EST, I decided to withdrawal my $52. It said the withdrawal request was being processed. 10 minutes later, on November 8, at 4:16 AM EST, I received a notification that my withdrawal request had been rejected and all of the funds would be returned to my account. After going back to the app, it said that I was banned. When I demanded further explanation, knowing that I won the money fair-and-square, they said they weren't able to provide more information because it's confidential. I feel swindled. I went online to see if this has happened to other people and it has. I would like $52 put in my account and for the company to have major consequences for how they are running their business. I will also attach some of the email exchange with the company after I tried to dispute it. It all seems very sketchy. Thanks so much.     I have been playing this game for a while, and as of late, noticed it was impossible for me to win matches involving bigger ****** and the "people" I was playing against were obviously BOTS. One had over ****** wins... I also noticed that many if the replay videos were available for games against profiles I suspected as being bots, except for tournaments. I watched many replay videos and noticed that I clearly had less time to find the bingo number called than the opponent, and I took screen recordings to have proof. I reached out to customer service with my complaint and their explanation was what you would expect...that nothing is actually wrong and it's something with the videos. They then gave me $3. $3 when I clearly have lost so much more because of their rigged system. This company needs to be banned from the app stores.

    Please allow us to explain that in bingo matches, all players are provided with the same tables, the same sequence of numbers to be called power-*** to be received, and the same amount of time. However, when using a "G" power-up, a selected number will be called immediately after being chosen, and inserted into the original sequence of numbers to be called.

    Please note that having won or lost an amount of matches doesn't indicate that they are "bots".

    After verifying the records in our system, we have found that the agent provided a 3 bonus cash not for match issues but as a one-time goodwill gesture.
