    I put in my Venmo account and did not withdraw anything willfully. They withdraw $8 for bingo and then $8.47 from a "ATM" in *****************. I live in **.

    On 11/2/23 I downloaded the Avia Games app Solitaire Clash. This is a game where you are paid money if you win so I was required to supply my paypal account info. Upon entry, I clicked on a flashing icon called unraveling REWARDS. I was rewarded with DEPOSITS (which made it seem like they were depositing money into my account). Come to find out they were WITHDRAWING money from my account. This occurred 9 times for a total of $43. This is an obvious misrepresentation. I cannot afford to WITHDRAW this money. I live on disability and this is my food budget. I thought I was winning money. I wouldnt have clicked on my REWARDS if I understood that they would be taking money away from me. This is fraud and from reading other complaints on the internet, its a common occurrence for this company to scam people out of their money. My UserID ********************* is one phone number listed for customer support *************). When I called the number, no one answered, and their voicemail said that the mailbox was full and cannot accept any new messages. A second number was listed on the PayPal transaction receipt email *************). No one answered at this number either and their voicemail also said that the mailbox was full and could not accept any new messages.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Ask anyone about the generally understood meaning of the words deposit and withdrawal. Deposit usually means depositing money into ones own bank account, while withdrawal is the opposite. Avia Games is intentionally and deliberately misleading people by flipping these universally understood meanings. They are counting on consumers like myself being confused and assuming that when they click on a labeled reward like a deposit, that will mean money will be deposited in their account. And yes of course I provided my paypal account- they require it in order to play. Their response does not refute their deliberate misrepresentation or its consequences.

    Avia games made no effort to resolve this. The only reason I got my money back is because I flagged their fraudelent behavior with Paypal and Paypal refunded me. 

    Avias business practices are deliberately misleading with the intent to defraud.

    I downloaded Avia Games app "Solitaire Cash." I played 2 games and then the app stated I'd won $18. It prompted me to enter my PayPal information to receive the money, so I obliged. The app then charged my PayPal account $8. I immediately logged out. I contacted Avia games and they basically told me that I deposited money with them intentionally and there was nothing they could (or would) do about it.I logged back in and can't even use the $8 because the app states that "Cash solitaire competitions are not available in my state." I feel that I was scammed and the fact that they won't just refund the $8 proves it to me.

    FRom October *****, 2023, I paid through PayPal on a bingo for cash game $241.00 total to playrounds of bingo on game Bingo Tour thru aviagames on ****** Play. Any and winnings were small and were added to the Game Account which grew to $612.00. The cash amount withdrawable is approx$310.00. To do so, i must submit email address so that my account is verified, well, 6 attempts have been submitted, no emails have shown ** in 2 days, the phone number ! ************ voicemailbox is FULL; there is no going anywhere and it is blatantly obvious that there is no intention on aviagames part to honor their protocol. I had contacted PayPal of all this and they seem to feel that aviagames will do what they say; its a total fallicy.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.


      Thank you for response today, 25 Oct 2023 regarding account acknowledgement; an email came thru today with verification code which was entered and I was able to proceed with establishing proper account status and move forward with withdrawal procedure. Noted that within 3 days there will be the monetary amount directed to proper account, which, at this point will be the satisfactory solution. Thank you for honoring this query proper, The game itself is very enjoyable and pleasant entertainment and well-designed; first time I ever indulged in such a game. I appreciate your response this day and await fulfillment.

    The responsible group from AVIAGAMES unauthorized credits from my bank account without my knowledge. Via the tv advertisements, it mentions playing games for "real" money. I wanted to see how it worked because I love Solitaire. I made no purchases or anything. I just played the game. I didn't realize until the following morning my balance was lower than it was supposed to be. On the description on my account stated ********************** for each transaction. Only thing I had noticed concerning money was the "Game Play Money" amount. I am asking for a Full Refund of the money that was deducted. I itemized the payments on the enclosed document. I was unable to submit a screen shot of my account due to security restrictions. I enclosed screen shots of the game showing the play money and diamonds, things that are normal for a game. I wasn't asked to confirm a money transaction or anything that would involve my real account. A quick resolve is Greatly Appreciated.

    I played the games on Avia games *** on the night of the 17th and when i saw that I was paying them, instead of receiving, on the morning of the 18th I canceled the game. I have no documents because they deleted the games when I canceled.
