I have been playing pocket7games for sometime now and I absolutely love playing their games. I feel it's fair and legit other than once you input your information you can't change it. They require you to use the same paypal account email address you used when first singing up. Idk how other people feel but things change and their should ALWAYS be a way to update your information. My PayPal I used when signing up with them is now closed and I can't access it due to fraud. That's the reason it got closed. I have a new PayPal but I am unable to update my PayPal information in their app so therefore I can't withdraw any of my money. I've contacted customer support day in and day out about this issue and they tell me the same thing over and over. Not feeling understood I'm going in circles with them and getting frustrated about it all. I even contacted PayPal because that's what pocket7games customer support told me to do and doing so I still got nothing. I'm at my **** end and I'm having a hard time understanding why being able to update your information is prohibited. Its not fair and makes no sense to make it a policy and even when contacted by the customer asking to update their information should be enough to be able to do something about it. I played solitaire cash which is an on-line game in which they supposedly pay real money as prizes. I was informed that I had prize of $10 and they asked for my bank or PayPal information to make the deposit. I never do things like this but this time I did. When I followed the transaction up on Paypal, I saw that it was NOT a deposit, but a WITHDRAWAL. I contacted Paypal and my bank as well. I tried to take steps to stop the transaction. So far it hasn't gone through, but this is a SCAM. I researched it and found a lot of comments on their ******** page by people saying the same thing. The amount taken from my PayPal account was NOT supposed to be a withdrawal, it was supposed to be deposited to me. When they say that you have money, and how would you like to receive it, through PayPal, Venmo, or your checking account, it is NOT supposed to be withdrawn from your account and put in theirs. On their ******** page, numerous people are saying the exact same thing. Their response is the same that they gave here, that we "misunderstood". I have reported this numerous places and filed a report with the *** for internet fraud.

I won almost $20 in their Bingo Tour game, but now theyre telling me that the only money I can withdraw is $3. Theyre claiming that the bonus cash of $15 cant be withdrawn. I would like to report a scam from playing online pool app called 8 BALL STRIKE from Apple App Store. I got scammed $1500 from this App. The more I deposited money into this scam app, the more I lost because of the cheating systems. I was attracted by seeing fake 5 stars app reviews to download the app. They hide all Bad Reviews from previous players and updated 5 stars reviews instead to keep running scammed game app system operated. All of bad reviews are true that there are always old and unreal players shows up when someone in tournaments is about to win the matches. The game apps used generating automatically unreal players system in the tournaments to manipulate the wining players. I requested AviaGame support to prove me if there is real 1st winners profiles and their past playing records of cash games tournaments that I lost from July 2to July 6. They refused to send to me immediately. Whenever I had good score for matches tournaments, the system will detected and filled out some empty spots with high and impossible scores. When I got slow score and about to lose, the results will show immediately after I finish the matches. When I got high score about *****, the tournaments results will not complete until some in profile players show up in the tournaments with impossible score over *****. I have requested to see all 1st place winners playing records of all tournaments I lost. They dont allow me to see it. There is no transparency and fair for players to see other players playing records.There is also detecting and generating generic systems in the game that used to manipulate the winners players. There is not one bad review but numerous bad reviews to complain about the scamming systems in this 8 Ball Strike Games. I didnt know I have got scammed until I lost all of my hard earned money and found out how this games cheated me. I am in emotional distress condition and am very anxious. I am rejecting this response because:I was just playing this game for more than a week. You said the algorithm will put me in similar skills players level. Give me clear evidence of all 1st winners players from the match That I lost. How could you compare one week player level like me with professional pool skills level?
I lost all of my match tournaments not because of my performance. Why? It is because of your generating algorithm systems to put me in professional players with impossible high score level.
I should stop playing right away when I lost 2 games tournaments. I was continue to try playing more and more gaming tournaments because I hope to win back my lost money. I am rejecting this response because:There is no ways the same players skill level can score above **** to **** points. Without players matching records for all of my lost tournaments, it was unfair for me to play this game and lost money. Also, there are not 100% base skills level, players can get lucky when they pick up the proving offers after hitting 3 ***** in the pocket.
There were two main reasons that I got lost and never win my money back in your game app. Firstly the algorithm system collects the winners players to play in tournaments. There are no similar base skill level because within these winners, there will be professional pool players who can hit highest score compare to 2 week beginning players like me. Your app advertised as Base-Skills 8 ball. It is not actually correct.
Secondly, there are huge percentages of luck in this pool game app as players can pick up offering packs and if they get lucky they can get high score. No matter how high score I got, there was always some players appeared at the end match with impossible score results.
I hope you read and understand my point here as the main reason that I have got lost all my spending money.
I was regretful to not reading all bad players reviews in your game app. I wish you can acknowledge my complaint here and return *********** money in your game app back to me.

On June 19, 2023 I downloaded a game app from this company. I played a few games, and was informed that I had won some money which would be deposited into my PayPal account. However, when I went to my PayPal, I found that instead of money being deposited, it had been WITHDRAWN from my account, in the amount of $40.00 in three transactions: one for $5, one for $10, and one for $25. These withdrawals were made without my knowledge or consent. Had I known this company would be taking my money, I would have never downloaded the game app. I immediately contacted PayPal to file a complain, and also contacted the company. They informed me I needed to fill out a form which would require me to supply payment method information and the payment account information, such as the digits of my financial card, email address of my PayPal account, Venmo user name, etc. I refused to provide this information, and the informed the company that since they apparently had gotten the info to withdraw the funds, they can use this same info to reinstate such funds. As of now (less than 24 hours after the funds were withdrawn) they have failed to do so.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I believe this business is scamming me. When I contacted them to complain about these charges, they asked me to fill out a "Information Collecting Form" by which they could then resolve the problem. Warning bells went off in my head when I read the first question on the form:
"1. Please provide the payment method(s) information used in the game AND the payment account information used in the game, such as the first SIX and last FOUR digits of the card/Apple Pay Card, PayPal email, Venmo username, etc... *
Example: The payment method used is my debit card. The first six digits are ****** and the last four digits are 7890"
Basically this question is asking me to provide them with personal financial information that I do not feel comfortable giving out. And yet they tell me that without this information, they cannot do anything. Instead they continue to argue that *I* must have provided this information in order to have received the "deposits." But they didn't deposit anything - instead, they withdrew money from my account. This is opposite of what they claim in their ads. It appears that they use these fraudulent ads to draw one in to downloading their app and playing their games, and then defraud you by taking your money instead of depositing money they claim you won.
I feel like the only recourse I have at this point is to talk to PayPal and/or my bank in an effort to stop this withdrawal and maintain my funds.
