    I made an intial deposit of ****** to play solitaire clash on this platform. When I clicked the deposit button the app glitched and withdrew ****** but did it 3 seperate times for a total of ****** I reached out via email to avia game support and was told they cannot issue a refund because I had already disputed it with paypal. I only disputed ** they failed to answer me back in a reasonable amount of time. Also I had played the day before and won 290. They have yet to pay me for that either. I want the 200 that was taken from me REFUNDED.

    They charge my debit card without my authorization. And some how debited my account while my card was locked.

    I was going through my bank statement a couple weeks ago and I kept noticing charges from something called Avia games. There were several I counted and there was 114 charges that I did not authorize from January 2023 till May 2023. I contacted my bank and they told me to contact the seller first I did that I explain to them that my identity was taken After I had applied for a loan online. I went to the bank immediately when I discovered my identity was taken and they opened me up a whole new account. I explain this toAvia games. The charges came out to over $1300 and I asked them to refund my money because that was not me that authorized those charges. They told me no , I explained every way that I could but I wasnt getting anywhere.I even told them gambling was illegal in ********** and they told me it was not. I have all my emails cuz its the only way I had to contact them. All I want is a refund of my money put back in my bank. My new account doesnt have any of those charges I am disabled and I would never ever ever play that kind of money online for any type of game thank you for any help that you could give me.

    Because I do not clearly see a resolution on there part. What does an open inquiry mean exactly. Does that mean I will be refunded?  Or does that mean its open so they wont ever pay me back. I dont want this to drag on. I want a refund of my money that was taken. Look at the charges . They were triple billing whoever was using my info. 3 charges at the same exact time tells me they were not being honest. I dont care about there character or how they do business with people. If I say those were not autorized then thats what it is. I have never had a lieing problem. So please refund me .  I need to provide my new bank account. So let me know when

    Hello,

    We would like to clarify that only authorized deposits can be made into the game. Before any payment method can be used to make deposits, players will have to pass a verification process to link that payment method to the game account. Also, no deposits can be made unless players click the deposit button or purchase bundles in the game.

    Also, all deposit made by the player has been spent entering cash matches. Following the Terms of Service, a refund can't be issued.

    You are fully responsible and liable for all charges, deposits and withdrawals made under your Account, including any unauthorized charges, deposits or withdrawals.

    I downloaded the Bingo Tour (by Avia Games) on my cell phone. I was intrigued by the advertisement on social media. After playing the game for a little less than an hour, I had accumulated $15.00. To my surprise, I followed the instructions to withdraw $5. BUT INSTEAD THIS COMPANY TOOK $5 FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! I have been emailing "customer service " since the morning of *********. I have asked for a refund several times. This company/ game is a scam.

    August 20th 2023 *** ********* in question is Aviant Games.***y advertise that if you play their games, that they pay out real cash. So i played a few rounds and was told through the ap that they would give me $5 for signing up through pay pal.So I did. Gave them my bank information and next thing I know, my bank account is now missing $5 because they CHARGED me to use the game. ***y didnt pay me as advertised.

    Ive been playing on this platform for quite sometime. I recently tried to make a withdrawal for about $80, however my PayPal account that is still listed on there is no longer a PayPal account. I havent used it in probably **** months to fund my bingo clash account, maybe longer. Anyway, when I go to withdrawal its recognizing that account as no longer and asking me to update. When I try to update to a current PayPal or just delete it all together it says I have to use my original PayPal. Its just stuck on a loop. So I contact customer service and they tell me I have to contact PayPal. *** explained I already have and that is no longer an account. Ive begged for a number to customer service and nothing. So I have over $90 sitting on there that I cant even get!

    So I was playing on Bingo Battle App on my phone which is owned by Aviagames. I play regularly and have for a long time across multiple of their apps. I submitted a withdrawal for 706 dollars on Saturday august 12th 2023. They denied my withdrawal on Monday the 14th 2023. They then banned my account stating potential fraudulent behavior .. that is the most vague statement ever, Ive never broken TOS, Ive never cheated, Ive never done a thing but play the game for fun legitimately. Anyway they refuse to discuss, help, or show me exactly what behavior they are referring to. They just refuse to give me MY money. I feel Im being bull dozed and stolen from. Please help me get my rightful winnings.

    So you completely refuse to show any proof whatsoever of my wrong doings. The support person says I had potentially inappropriate behavior and another said potentially fraudulent behavior. I have been a faithful and upstanding player across multiple of your bingo apps for years. Ive never cheated and never would. So you just steal my 706 dollars then give a blanket statement (like I showed above) without even an opportunity to discuss or help resolve whatever issue you say I potentially did. Not even that I DID anything, you just say I potentially did something that broke your TOS.. This is Fraud on your part not mine. I would like to be shown proof of my wrongdoings and a chance to help resolve your obvious misunderstanding so that I can get my rightfully won money. Im jobless at the moment and I really need that and you just take it from me without a second thought. This is unjust and unfair. I will even concede to never play your app again I just want my winnings. I seriously find this highly suspect as I can see numerous other examples online of you doing this to numerous people. Do the right thing and unban me and disburse my winnings to me.

    I started playing the game Zumania which is from Aviagames several months ago. I have deposited and won and was paid my winnings. I continued to deposit money into the game understanding that if I lost I lost but also if I won I would receive my winnings. Approximately one month ago I won $2000.00 and I have not received my winnings. I have been given the runaround over and over again. I have proof of every single dollar I have deposited into the game and every single dollar that I won. I have asked for an explanation as to what the problem is with none. I have even asked that all of the money that I have put into the game be returned and I would walk away. The amount that I won barely exceeds the amount put into it. They continue to ask me to wait patiently and have also deposited bonus cash into my account so as to placate me. It takes only a second for them to receive my money but after a month I have yet to receive mine. The app says ************************************************* less to receive. They should not be allowed to take my money while misleading me to believe that I will receive my winnings if I am not.
