They lure people and scam. I tried multiple times playing the solitaire clash. When i was winning all of a sudden new players were appearing while there was showing a certain amount of people playing it would add up for couple of more and they would take the place. It would also happen i would get the 1st place and gaain there was other gamers appearing out of nowhere. Its a scam on all levels and i want to warn other people not to for itBusiness Response

I had fraudulent activity on my account. There is a total of $1593 that has been withdrawn from my card to Aviagames. I have explained to Current that I did not authorize nor have I given anyone consent to do so. This is alot of money. These transactions occurred during December 2024-March 2025. One of the charges of $35 was credited back into my account as being in my favor but the rest was closed and denied. I am requesting to be refunded for $1593.Business Response

I played game a couple of times didnt like it I was trying to get my money out when I looked and $8 was charged to my account. Well then I tried to get that back and then $15 was charged I got those back all this while I had a game balance of lie $50 Im not sure brut then they took $20 while I was talking to ****** on line. ****** says they wont give me $20 back because Im getting a refund so 3 times i talked to them and they did the same thing 3 times and then never heard back from them. "Deposit" means to make deposit(s) into the game account.

This is what they do as they said I have applied for cash outs they admitted it but yet I have been denied twice they keep denying and making you reapplying for your funds hoping people give up if I apply they will want me to close my claim against them this is what I did with ****** because they told ****** they where paying me and then once I closed claim they started with the denying of withdrawal saying I didnt request for money and kept making me go over and over applying for cash and getting switched to new customer service people who said they had no clue about my payment Im not closing my claim again and going through that then theres no one to help me

**** games is a scam and should be shut down. Their apps do not work as advertised and their tech sets players (payers) up to lose. they increase difficulty with skill level but it does not adjust with losses. So theyll essentially match you with better players (past or present! And no clarity on how they choose- setup for loss?) so its harder to win. It doesnt adjust back down with losses. Their strategy is to turn winners into losers and it becomes unplayable- your trajectory will be deceiving, so do not give them money lol. Their intention is to get you to think you can win actual cash, then ****** on entry fees and lose. Nothing about their algo for matches is in T&Cs.I reached out to support to see why the game had become unwinnable, Ive paid money on 4 of their apps. After much back and forth, they admitted that difficulty increases with wins, but it does not adjust to losses. So essentially it gets harder to win and they set up their apps solely to beat you. This is not transparent in marketing and there is no explanation whatsoever in their extensive terms and conditions. This should be shut down. Its fixed gambling. I am rejecting this response because:There is a lack of transparency on how skill based matches are chosen as well as the fact that skill level can only increase and not adjust down- this will inevitably create consistent losses for users. Adjusting difficulty until the game is no longer winnable is setting your most frequent users up for failure. There is no transparency on how opponents are chosen - the game arbitrarily chooses higher scores to create loss. This isnt skill based gambling, its fixed gambling.

I am rejecting this response because:your support agent has given conflicting responses and the conversation has been unproductive. I will continue to correspond here, and eventually file reports with other third parties if this isnt resolved. The issue is that a winning streak will result in a skill level that is not sustainable and there are no adjustments made to bring skill level down- this makes it unwinnable. You increase difficulty but do not adjust it down if someone is repeatedly losing. I think you are very aware that this is setting up your players for failure and the vague responses you provide are a way to basically avoid addressing the actual issue and drag this out until I give up. I have time, and you and I both know that response is inadequate.

AviaGames, **** is engaging in calculated deception through its game, Solitaire Clash. The company advertises real-money competitions against human players of similar skill. In reality, outcomes are manipulated using bots and rigged matchmaking to ensure user lossesespecially in high-stakes matches.I am an advanced player who consistently completes games with top-tier scores and record speeds. Despite this, I repeatedly lost to opponents whose scores were statistically improbable. These patterns align exactly with the allegations in the ongoing class-action lawsuit (******** v. AviaGames), which outlines the companys use of bots disguised as real players to rig results.I am not seeking a refund for the full amount lost (over $1,500), only $240specifically related to matches where I now believe outcomes were predetermined. When I contacted the company, they denied my request and hid behind generic terms and conditions. Avia is currently undergoing a lawsuit & is under investigation for this very thingAvia's representations are allegedly false: Players do not compete against live human opponents but rather against bots -specifically, historical playthroughs which can include a video recording of a match played previously by another player.
This makes paying to play these games not a skill match, but a ******. Its misrepresented. And Id like at least SOME of my $5000 back.

My issue is that Avia games (who some legal cases) suggest use bots. Reading their policy, however, what they do assert to doing is using historical scores on similar games. There is an unethical issue, however, as there is no randomization. They use top historical scores. A score above 6800 on a given level is a top percentile score. But, when compared to games historically, there are surely more than two or three scores higher than that. Time and again, I will have a score that is 1st or 2nd (out of 5, 6, or 7 players) with two players left, time and again, this last two players score just enough to edge me out of the money. Because they have already payed out the winners top scores, they then pocket the money from the game. So, it costs me the real money that I deposited (which they get) and they dont have to pay out winners (so they double up). Its a rigged system, bots or not, the company admits that in its literature. I dont mind losing, especially when I fail to complete a level, or take a long time to do so. But, I hate the inequity of the whole situation.Business Response
