    A charge onto my debit card for ***** on my ****** ACCOUNT, I did not approve this transaction. I called **********, filed a dispute, they charged back into my account the money, then claimed the merchant told them I approved the transaction, how could they have talked to the merchant when 1 telephone number goes straight to voicemail, the other 2 numbers are disconnected? I filed a dispute with ******, I was told they would handle the fraudulent transaction, they did not, then I was told to call back the bank. I DID NOT APPROVE THIS TRANSACTION, ********** AND ****** ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT GIVE MY APPROVAL. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, IM RETIRED, AND DONT HAVE MONEY TO THROW OR GIVE AWAY FREELY. PLEASE HELP ME.

    I deposited money into the account, won some games, and then submitted a withdrawal request. I got an email saying my account was banned only AFTER submitting the withdrawal request. But **** still let me deposit money after submitting the requestI contacted support and they only told me there was POTENTIALLY fraudulent behavior on my end. I told them I followed all their terms and asked them which term I broke. They told me that they are forbidden from disclosing that. In short, I deposited money, won money, but then Avia pocketed both my money and the money I won. It wouldve been one thing if my account was banned but the fact that it was banned only after submitting the request is incredibly sketchy. Willing to delete this review upon a favorable response

    I am filing a formal complaint against Avia Games due to misleading and fraudulent practices related to their mobile gaming platform. My experience aligns with the allegations in the pending lawsuit against the company, which claims that Avia Games engages in deceptive advertising, unfair gameplay mechanics, and misleading representations about players chances of winning real money.Specifically, I encountered the following issues:1. ********* ************************ promotes its games as a way to win real cash, yet they manipulate outcomes, making it nearly impossible for users to actually profit.2. Unfair Matchmaking and Bots There is strong evidence that Avia Games uses bots disguised as real players, leading users to believe they are in fair competition when they are not.3. Predatory Business Model The app encourages users to deposit more money to "win bigger," but in reality, the odds are skewed against players, making it a predatory gambling-like scheme.Despite my attempts to resolve these issues directly with the company, I have been met with unhelpful responses or no resolution at all.Additionally, Avia Games is currently facing a lawsuit for these same fraudulent practices. This further substantiates my claim that their business model is built on misleading and unethical conduct. Given this, I urge the BBB to investigate and take appropriate action to hold Avia Games accountable.I request that Avia Games provide a full refund for my lost funds and an immediate correction to their misleading practices.     Hi, so i was withdrawing money, $101 to be exact. Then they randomly banned my account and said i was banned for potential inappropriate behavior. I asked what that meant and they said that they couldnt provide that information and then rejected my withdrawal and stole my money.

    The company claims to not use bots but historical play data from other players during matches. Ill explain how this works. A game is played, in my case bingo, and a score is obtained. This company then matches you with an offline player who conveniently scored higher than you and you lose. The winning player doesnt get the money because it wasnt a live game. Avia Games keeps the winnings. This is a scam. I have lost almost 15k to this scam and it needs to be reported and investigated. There is no recourse and I wont stop posting these facts until my money is refunded.

    I have attached all the dates and amounts of these fraudulent transactions. I have reached out to the company numerous times without a response back. I have also tried to dispute these with chime and they keep denying my disputes and they keep allowing this company to withdraw funds from my account. I have been trying for several months now to get a resolution from either company and I am not getting anywhere. Please help me get this resolved as they owe me a lot of money. I have never even heard of this place or company so I am not to sure exactly what it is. All I do no is I did not allow these transactions nor did I approve any of them.     From January 1, 2025, to March 7, 2025, I paid a total of $2,814 to Avia Games under the belief that their platform offered skill-based games. However, after extensive research and experiencing significant financial losses, I have reason to believe that the company engages in deceptive business practices that misrepresent the nature of their games.Despite multiple attempts to contact Avia Games for clarification and resolution, the company has been unresponsive and has refused to address my concerns.     Avia Games took out $5.00 out of my bank account on February 28th, 2025. They claimed that I played some sort of a Bingo game. I have no games whatsoever on my phone. I am 75 years old and I feel that they are taking advantage of all people. They keep asking for my bank account information and of course I refuse to give them this information. They are asking me for a screenshot of my bank account. The transaction ID number is ********.     Avia Games claims they sent me a $40 refund. After talking to my bank and Apple Pay, neither could locate the refund. I provided these screenshots to **** as they asked for, and they continued to refuse to help me. I have all the proof that they dont want to send me the money I never received
