I did the annoying online process. Received the email that it was being processed, and then nothing. It fell off my radar. I called today and was told it expired. They claimed I had an email that I opened THREE times, yet here I am without $150. I did not receive an email saying my claim was approved, and I think it is ridiculous that there is an expiration that was never disclosed to me...when they didn't even send the email! It's a scam. Our dr presented it as an easy rebate and a selling point to using Coopervision.Cooper Companies, Inc.

I recently had a terrible experience with this company's customer service and product quality. Their rebate window is incredibly short and inflexible, causing me to lose $80. The redemption period is buried in fine print, making it easy to miss. I saw the dates January 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2024 at the TOP and thought it was the claim window. The quality of their contacts has also significantly declined. They have become extremely drying and uncomfortable to wear. It's clear this company has no interest in helping their customers or maintaining product standards. If you want to avoid losing money and dealing with poor quality, steer clear of this company. Ive been using this company for years, and they couldnt even make an exception. This has been enough for me.Cooper Companies, Inc.

BUYER BEWARE RE COOPERVISION REBATE My daughter has worn CooperVision contacts for years, and we've done the same process for all those years: 1) Eye exam, 2) Purchase contacts thru her doctor's ******* 3) Get handed the rebate form WITH the receipt of contact lenses purchase, 4) Do the (annoying) online rebate process at home, 5) Get the rebate weeks later. This year, for very legitimate reasons, we did all the above a couple/few months earlier than usual. Our insurance goes by calendar year, so we were all good on that end and didn't think anything of it. We did the process as above...except ****** got DENIED. Later found out there's small print in their T&Cs about some 12-month timeframe that I clearly didn't see, and the doctor's ****** didn't inform me of (they probably also didn't know about). Since I don't get handed the rebate form till AFTER I purchase, how would I have seen that before purchase.I emailed them begging for reconsideration, explaining the situation that I'm not being a fraud. They emailed back a generic "No...". I emailed again, asking for a more personalized response. They emailed back "No...but contact your Dr's ******...maybe they can help." So I did. Dr's ****** contacted their CooperVision Rep, who again said, "No."So, yes, I agree with others that their rebate system is shady. A simple online search shows how well this company is doing financially. The rebate amount is like a fraction of a ***** to them, but to a consumer like me, it's a lot and a deciding factor for future purchases.Cooper Companies, Inc.

CooperVision rebate appears to be a scam. Two years in a row I have been offered a rebate when purchasing my contacts only to be unable to obtain the rebate. Calls to CooperVision result in long waits followed by redirects which either end in being sent back to the beginning or a dropped call. I recommend looking for another provider for your contact lenses or at least realizing that the rebate offered will never materialize.Cooper Companies, Inc.

Cooper Surgical manufactured a monsel's solution that burned my cervix and vaginal tissue. A year later the doctor confirmed my cervix is still burned from the application of Monsels solution. The doctor was explaining to the student nurse who was present during the exam the difference between the burned tissue, the healing tissue and the healthy tissue.Cooper Companies, Inc.

I have absolutely no stars to give this company, but I can't leave a review without 1. I was told from my MYeyedr, if I buy a years supply of contacts I would be eligible for a rebate. This company comes up with all types of excuses of why your rebate was denied.1st I bought a years supply, 2 boxes of Biofinity multifocal and 2 boxes of Biofinity tonic multifocal. The strength in each eye is different which is why I don't have 4 boxes of the same. If I were to buy 4 boxes of each that would be a 2 years supply and vision sometimes change after a year. When I inquired by email why I was declined, it read, "I see that it was submitted online on 9/8/2023. We processed and denied your claim on 9/1/2023 for the following reason." I called and spoke to ******* who continued with the decline. I requested a supervisor and was told I didn't need one because they would tell me the same thing. When a customer request a supervisor, get one. I spoke to supervisor ****** who told me my order was not included in the rebate. After I read it to him, clearly he knew, then he said well you didn't buy 4 boxes of the same. I will inform ******* on my next visit what happened. Buyers beware of the Coopervision Rebate ScamCooper Companies, Inc.

Hi ******,
Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry that you are having an issue with your rebate with our third-party vendor, 360. We have looked into this further and they did provide you with the correct information. Toric lenses do not qualify for a rebate from MyEyeDr. We are looking to make an exception and provide you with $25. Once we have approval someone from CooperVision will call you. Thank you.

1 starI applied for their rebate for both my kids contact lenses that I purchase from *************** My purchases were 6 months apart and Cooper pulled the same unethical trick of immediately denying the the claim. For the first one I had to argue over email that all the info was in the pdf I submitted as they were to lazy to scroll through the entire pdf. After multiple emails they finally agreed to send me my rebate. On the second one, they denied the claim because "all four corner of the receipt were not visible".. I am not kidding. This company is a fraud and I went back to Target each time to show then the proof. The second time I told them I would no longer bring my family to their optical business. If Target wants to work with Cooper Vision then they are just as guilty for knowingly participating in this scam. Boycott the eye care center is the only way to be heard!!! the BBB should investigate this business as there is no way they could be positively rated in my experienceReview fromMichael D

Complete scam. Your ophthalmologist will say you can get a rebate but you will spend hours after hours trying to get it. First, you'll go to their website. To enter the address of your vision and lens provider you will have to find their address from a drop-down menu. You can enter other info manually but the address has to be already in the drop-down menu. If not, you get to spend an hour with their customer service verifying that it really doesn't work using a different web browser, different method of looking up the address, etc. Then the *** will tell you they don't have a supervisor around. Then you get to spend another half an hour with your lens provider trying to get them to call Cooper Vision. I made it past that step. Next level. Whoo-hoo! Next they will ask for other documents with from your provider (in addition to those described in their advertisement handout). If you can make it past all that, you will have lost 8 hours of your life, but hey, here's your $200 pre-paid credit card, a card that you can't really ever use up the full balance with.Cooper Companies, Inc.

Upset that company takes advantage of consumers for their own advantage! My sons contacts were for a year supply and were on the list of products the gave rebates on!!! Maybe they need to change the way they do business and treat the consumer! They have handled themselves badly and misrepresented what they offers! Have emails of completion!Cooper Companies, Inc.

Bad business practice. After verifying and submitting all of the required contact rebate information, I waited for them to approve my rebate. They sent an initial rebate submission confirmation and then then no communication from then on. After logging in to my account, I discovered my claim was denied without any rationale provided. I called their customer service department who acknowledged my claim was denied as my contacts didnt meet the requirements (my contacts are literally the ones pictured on the rebate). The representative proceeded to list off the version of contacts covered which confirmed I had the appropriate ones. However, since ************ receipt listed them as Voyant 1-day Premium they denied the claim despite box pictures and UPC codes matching the appropriate contacts for rebate. 0/5 starts for not honoring rebate and ***** practice of not sending notification or rationale for claim denial. Their packaging, comfort and rebate process are far inferior to Bausch and Lomb.Cooper Companies, Inc.
