1 starDon't even think about using this Disgusting, Horrible, Company.I have the Gold Service.If you call them and say that you are a new customer, they will pick up the phone immediately.If you are one of the unfortunates. like me, who actually subscribed and paid for their service, you will be placed on forever hold. (For me it was 2 hours and 29 minutes of listening to elevator music) That was only one time. I made 4 other calls to put a claim in.The claim was denied because I finally used my own workers. I did that because every time that I tried to schedule them to come out, I had to wait their ridiculous shameful hold Times.They have a very nice racket going. Sucker new customers in, then when you need them, place you on "Forever Hold" until you finally give up because your time is just too valuable for their nonsensical games.Fool me once shame on them. Fool me twice shame on me. They will never get a second chance from me. Shame on them. You should not give them a first chance.If you are considering doing business with this despicable company, put them to the test yourselves. Call them as if you are a current customer needing to file a claim. then watch the paint dry.Disgusting, Horrible, Shameful Company. Beware!Review fromAlex N

This company is not great. I called to submit a concern that the ** company they used keeps coming out and not fixing the issue only for Old Republic to keep charging us $100 for each time this company comes out. The agent, not wanting to hear my complaint just hangs up on me. Mind you, every call to them takes 45m-an hour to get to an agent. Weve been without air conditioning not for 3 months while we wait for the same company to come back and forth to say yeah its broken. Ill come back next week and check again Ill never use this company again for home warranty when I buy my next home. Pure scam to charge people for work not being completed.Old Republic Home Protection

This company is deceptive and fraudulent. It says everywhere on their website and marketing brochure that claims can be submitted on their website portal 24/7. This is deceptive. After my 30 day waiting period, I attempted to access the portal and there were no options to submit claims. When I called in to ask, I was told there was an additional waiting period (so now 60 days?!) to submit on the website. The customer service women was incredibly rude and condescending. I cancelled my policy and submitted a complaint with the ************************. Do not use old republic. Oh and when I finally spoke with someone on the phone and attempted to submit an hvac claim over the phone- they denied it and refused to send a tech out (this was before I decided to just cancel the policy). Fraudulent and deceptive. Do not use. Im in ** by the way. Id give zero stars.Old Republic Home Protection

Had a washer malfunction. The company selected was very responsive, professional and while it took a few day, was able to source the part needed for an almost obsolete machine. Great work!Old Republic Home Protection

Great experience with Old Republic with getting an HVAC company out to fix the unit when it wasn't cooling. The group they dispatched was Sunstate, and they did an excellent job with getting the problem solved quickly.Old Republic Home Protection
