I experienced my first need of service with Old Republic recently. I couldnt ask for an easier process of how they took care of me and my home repair. It was an immediate response from the service provider as well. Old Republic stayed in touch during the process and followed up afterwards. Very pleased! Highly recommended!

Im extremely disappointed in ORHP and their deceptive, exhausting claims process. After two years of repeat AC issues, including three refrigerant leaks, their technician finally acknowledged our system (evaporator coil and condenser) needed replacing. Yet ORHP refused to cover the full repair, instead demanding $1,050 in non-covered charges including items that are clearly covered under our Silver Plan.We asked for written documentation citing what page or exclusion supports these charges nothing. Multiple calls, emails, and complaints were ignored or deflected to the contractor. ORHP staff verbally cited contract pages that actually contradict their denials. One rep even admitted, I dont know why they dont just say its not covered and stop the confusion.We eventually paid the $1,050 under duress not because we agreed, but because our children were living in an overheated home for weeks, and ORHP left us without central air. No real accountability, no transparency, no sense of urgency just corporate gaslighting.Ive filed a complaint with the ********************************* and may escalate this to the Maryland Attorney General. I strongly urge anyone considering this company: read the fine print and be ready to fight for even the most basic coverage. If I had the option to not pick any stars, I would.Old Republic Home Protection

Leaking toilet at base. They sent out an excellent plumber. He pulled up the toilet, placed a new seal, remounted the toilet. All in an about 40 minutes.Old Republic Home Protection

I was very pleased with my recent service from Old Republic. They replaced the complete downstairs HVAC system. I was also very pleased with the service company they selected for the ticket. They seem to be one of the better home warranty companies.Old Republic Home Protection

Got home from vacation to find Air conditioner for master bedroom not working. Room temperature was 85 and hot. Called Old Republic immediately due to wife's Heart problems. Air conditioning not working and L.V. NV temperature was in triple digits.. Due to weekend, service was on Monday and before we knew it, air conditioner was working. ******** customer service. I had a Home ****************** claim through ORHP, and this firm was assigned to the the claim. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls even after multiple attempts to engage. Definitely a company to avoid.Old Republic Home Protection

5 starsI called one day and that same day. I got a call from the service people that were gonna come out and take care of my problems. The gentleman that showed up the next day was very kind very nice very professional and did a good job. I would recommend Upright Plumbing they are very good and person that works. They are fantastic. I believe his name is ******.
