      On May 19th I received a letter from a lawyer stating my property was subject to foreclosure. I contacted ****** ****, my loan manager, thinking it was perhaps a fake letter. After contacting the local *********** it was, in fact, correct. CMG mortgage was not collecting proper information when determining my mortgage. *My home sits in the middle of two properties. ****** **** returned the call providing information on how it was true and taxes we're being paid from 2021 - current. He quickly placed blame on title company, Tax Office, Appraisal District, etc. I responded, regardless, this is a CMG issue, which needs to be resolved. May 20th, I paid the bill, in full, to the *********** I received a copy of all penalties and fees, which I sent to ****** and stated they should be paid by ***, due to their error. May 27th he sent confirmation of emails sent to address problems, but no resolution per ******. I contacted his supervisor, **** *******, who stated he would escalate the issue (email sent 5/22, on 5/28 he stated he was told it was resolved). No one has contacted me to resolve this. On 5/29 I asked for Mr. ********* supervisors information. Today, June 2nd, two weeks later, I contacted the next supervisor to resolve this matter. The lack of care and customer service on the part of *** is quite apparent. I have lost trust that ****** **** and CMG can properly do their job in resolving this matter. I would like all my issues addressed as soon as possible.

      I was on the phone with at least 3 different customer service representatives last week about paying off the remaining balance of my account and had received a payoff statement to be paid off 6/5 (three days from now). However, I had discovered today that my account has been transferred to a different loan company and that I won't be able to access my full information on the new site until 6/5. I never received a letter on the transfer so was unaware of it happening.When calling CMG, I was told that they will not be able to do anything further since the account has been fully transferred and that I should reach out to the new company to see if they will accommadate my existing payoff statement.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The complaint was not in regards to the payoff letter/submission, but rather that I was not notified that my account was transferred to Rocket Mortgage. And despite having talked to 3 customer service representatives, I was not informed as such. There is no further actions requested. But I would like you to provide better training or proper access to your employees so they can inform your customers correctly.

      CMG financial stole money from my account by proccessing a payment that i did not authorize. then when I wanted a quick recovery of the funds they sent me a check instead all the while my bank account was overdrawn and I had bills comming up. this has caused immense mental stress for me and I want to come here to tell other people to never use this broker they are incopotent and will mess your life up without a way for you to fix it exept waiting while any other bills or expenses you have to pay like food or other amenities have to get shelved.

      I am rejecting this response because: They have not resolved my concern, no one from that company has picked up a phone to talk to me. I need a live person on the phone to explain why this happened. The only response I got was a document in my online account that said they are looking into the matter.  I need to speak to someone about what I was told and then what actually happened.  This should have never went against my credit.

      I have late payments from CMG MORTGAGE on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payments.

      *** was my loan servicer on my previous mortgage and my new mortgage when I moved into a new home. They failed to return remaining escrow funds from my previous home within the statutory timeframe of twenty days. Two months after closing and I still have not received the over $3,000 of escrow funds. They then transferred my new mortgage to a new loan servicer and yet continued to take a payment out of my bank account after I received the transfer notice clearly stating that they would not continue accepting payments for this mortgage. Its been over a week and despite numerous calls and emails they still have not returned the $4,200 mortgage payment. This caused me to be overdrawn on my bank account with two ********************** payments processing simultaneously on top of the escrow funds I expected and never received. *** has yet to provide any resolution.

      We came to an agreement on a loan modification to move a payment to the end of the loan. They told us the only way was to move 2 payments. So we agreed. These phone calls always say they are recorded. Check the transcript. They later reported it to the credit bureau as 60 days late instead of a loan modification. I have faxed, emailed and called requesting that this be reported correctly. This is unethical and should be removed entirely since we were not informed about the reporting practices when we entered the agreement. They themselves admit nothing was mentioned about credit until September, 2 months after the agreement. And that was a vague letter stating we may report the status of your loan to the credit bureau. Then it still was not clearly outlined that they were going to report it as late, instead of modified.

      Every time I call in I'm having problems with the system I don't know what's going on it's been going on like this I've off and on over a year I don't complain to this to the supervisor is it's not working every time I call it I got to call about six times to get through to make my payment I have two accounts I need some resolution

      On 1/17/25, CMG informed me, via email, that my mortgage with them was being sold to a new company and the account would be closed as of 2/4/25. I could expect no further actions from this company after that date. I received 2 more emails repeating this same message. On 2/28/25, CMG issued an ******** draft for $6000 to my checking account with *************************. **** paid this draft. I have been unable to contact anyone at *** because their system says my account has been closed. I am unable to get past their phone system to a customer service **** I have also been unable to get my money back from **** (another BBB complaint I am filing).
