      As a first-time home buyer, it can be a daunting experience when it comes to financing. ** and his team and CMG financial were always available at a moment's notice to answer any and all questions we had. They communicated with us on every step along the way, helping to keep us informed and educated of the process. I cannot recommend them enough. They made a process that seemed initially overwhelming to us as smooth and seamless as possible. You could not ask for a more professional and responsive team at your side.

      As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainty going into the process but working with **** ******* made everything so much easier. He was incredibly patient, kind and professional every step of the way. Seans communication was excellent. He always responded quickly and clearly explained everything, no matter how many questions I had and I had many. What really stood out was his knowledge and willingness to take the time to make sure I understood every part of the loan process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I always felt like I was in good hands.If youre looking for someone who can not only help you get a home loan but also make the experience less stressful and more empowering, I absolutely recommend **** *******! My dream came true because of **** and his team!

      *** **** was great to work with on my All In One loan. I'm sooooo thankful. He was knowledgeable, candid and seemed genuinely very interested in wanting to know more about me as a person first before becoming a customer. Ironically, it was during our initial conversation that we discovered we grew up in neighboring communities to one another. How awesome was that!!*** was present throughout the process every step of the way. Even after 5pm.Our 1st strategy session call was April 08.I successfully closed on my ***** loan and received my Cash Out check 51 days later on May 29th. Looking forward to consulting with him even more as an All In One customer.

      Working with **** **** My wife and I could not have had a better experience working with **** and his team! He went above and beyond - spending time explaining options, what would be a best fit loan option for our needs, and not just pushing a singular product. He was patient and open in answering our many questions, and offering transparency and timely updates throughout the process. As stressful of an experience as this can be, **** was able to make it simple and quite honestly enjoyable!If you are looking for depth of knowledge, flexibility, speed, and a seamless experience I cannot recommend **** enough. We will absolutely be partnering with him if we embark upon another home purchase in the future.

      As a first time homebuyer, I initially appreciated the company's professional and kind facade. After signing with ***, It became apparent that the loan officer, ******* ***** *****, was over promising to secure our business and sign the loan agreement.I was able to negotiate a lower mortgage rate, but only in purchasing the decrease (paying CMG even more money up front). Even though the option to purchase point reductions on a loan is not an abnormal part of negotiation, it was emphasized to me how "We normally don't do this for customers, but we want to make this special offer just for you" . It felt no different than a car salesman tactic. It really reduces your confidence in a company encouraging these tactics on such a large financial decision.I have documented conversations where ******* ***** ***** made promises about *** servicing the loan for its entire life, but *** has officially sold the loan to Rocket Mortgage. So for a 30-year loan, *** kept their promise for 6 months. This is a very deceptive practice to communicate expectations and promises without following through on them.Once CMG scheduled the transfer of the loan to Rocket Mortgage, ******* ***** ***** became unhelpful and unresponsive for my questions and concerns. He referred me to the company's customer service and said nothing further. The customer service was inadequate due to the typical language barriers you'd expect from overseas call centers.I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's deceptive practices and would not recommend them to others unless they are truly giving you the best loan rate and you've gotten comparisons from at least 3 other lenders.

      They made it so easy it was hard to believe they were a lender. Most often the lender makes you feel pounded on or uncomfortable. Not these guys they were like family all the way and made the process very simple for us. Looking out for our best interest all the way with great guidance. They are awesome to work with
