      CMG Financial has been the worst experience. The customer service is horrible. If you need to speak to someone you can not reach an knowledgeable helpful person by phone. Don't even bother using the online Chat because again you will get someone with no knowledge who will drop the chat because they cant answer the question. **************** is rude and dismissive. Hopefully this review will help save someone the aggravation and stress of doing business with this Company! How a company can do 2 yearly annalists in 3 months is beyond me but they do with no true answer which seems like shady business practices.

      I have called and each time they say the next couple of days till my account is set up and its been 47 days since closing. The last rep got an attitude with me. I feel this needs to go to the account person. There should be a better process to keep us informed. The rep said like I said its in the queue with an attitude.All the other reps listened to my frustration and were polite and I said ok and waited longer to call back than they told me to check in.

      CMG failed to pay tax obligations, and for the following tax payment they decided to pay as much taxes as possible 2 months before the due date. They are not willing to cover the penalties. Now they are not allowing me to impound my own taxes, while asking me to impound an additional $1000+ for a $30 shortage in May 2023 (11 months in advance). I filed a complaint through the BBB, got a letter from the company, I called them, but could not get ahold of *********************** (Executive Resolution Specialist).

      This company will not allow you to change your payments to biweekly. They will throw everystone in your way in order to prevent you. First they say you need to pay an extra mortgage payment. We agreed to this. We sent an email with the form per the instructions on the form and from the customer service agent. Then they said no, you need to submit it through the secure portal. We did this, then they said, no you need to mail it. Very sketchy. They obviously know that by changing our payments to biweekly we will be savings tons in interest and want to prevent this. Will be moving my mortgage first chance I get.
