Placed an order with them on the 4th of May never received an update reached out to them on the 11th telling I have not received no tracking number or update and asked for order to be cancelled and refund they responded with we will be looking into the shipment and we will get back to me in 24 to 72 hours they completely ignored that I asked for a refund if I knew they had this many compliments I would have never bothered to orderBusiness Response

Transaction Date: 12/28/2024 Recd an email on 1/7/2025 stating they had a label and was getting ready to ship. 1/28/2025, sent email stating I still hadn't received the Muddy Mats. They did write back stating they show that the label was created on 1/7. Which I already knew. 2/3 Wrote them again stating I wanted the mats "now" 2/10 Wrote them again stating I wanted a refund. Online orders on 12/31/24 and 1/1/25 ************ uses deceitful and predatory practices. They advertise all over social media, including ********************* three reasons this company is deceitful and predatory:1) Upon entering a credit card number and information, they automatically charge the credit card. They do not take you to a summary page or let you review the information before purchase.2) After automatically charging the card, they bring you to another screen to try to have you order more stuff. They offered me anti rug slippers for $1.99. Upon billing, I was charged nearly $20 for them and had to contact customer service via email. They reimbursed me a partial amount, but still overcharged.3) I wanted to verify the screen that said $1.99, so I went through the order again. It automatically placed a second order! I immediately emailed customer service and specifically said cancel the order. They wrote back and said they could give me 40% off the order and would hold the order for 24 hours in case I wanted the 40% off. Well, they automatically sent the order without verification and did not even take 40% off. I have emailed customer service an additional two times (5 times in total) to try to resolve this situation to no avail.Initial Complaint

On 12-28-2024 i purchased 3 muddy mats And paid them $74.10. When i received my order I was missing the charcoal size 24x35. January 5 I ordered from Muddy Mats. Order #B53D865A24 January 12 they said item shipped. January 24 the tracking number provided shows it still hasn't been shipped. I placed an order for 3 muddy mats on January 5, 2025. Upon placing the order, I was informed that I was eligible for a free gift. The gift was not free and I was charged for the product. On January 7th. I received an email that my ordered was shipped. I checked the tracking number numerous times with no information available. I tried to call numerous times as well, with no success. Today, I was finally able to get a representative on the phone. When I asked about the tracking, he stated that it had not been shipped due the wildfires in **********. I understand that. I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. At that time, he offered me a $50 gift card to keep my order and he would expedite the shipping. Let him know that I would still like to cancel. I was then offered 40% off of my order. I rejected that and told him I would still like to cancel the order. He then came on the line and stated that my order was not able to be cancelled because it had been shipped. Completely different from what I was initially told. Now, I'm not sure that I will ever get my order and I have already paid $109.38. ******** company!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered a Muddy Mat which came with an offer of free gloves. I was then charged for the gloves as well as shipping, which came under a separate charge from the mat. I emailed and did get a refund on the gloves, but never received the free gloves. I have been through 5 emails with their customer service and they are big on apologizing but I still have never seen the gloves. They spend a lot of time documenting how customer service is their main priority, but there has been no solution.Initial Complaint

I have NOT received my order which is over $250. I received an email stating it was shipped with ****** shipping? on December 17, 2024. I have a tracking number and an order number, but no one recognizes either. When I called the number, the non-American person stated she would refund six dollars and 99 cents for shipping! That's it! They took my money. I am a senior citizen! I can't just throw around hundreds of dollars.
