    Ordered, no update or tracking info for one month. Reached out to company and they said theyd reship. Same issue, no update/tracking. I reached out again and they offered me a $25 gift card instead of a refund. I demanded a refund as it has now been nearly 2 months since my original order and clearly a gift card is useless when you cant get a product delivered. Still no product.

    Checkout process is ridiculous and super scammy. I added rug grippers because it says a 4 pack for $1.99 each.. then discovered only AFTER I checked out that it meant $1.99 each GRIPPER and not $1.99 each PACK. I called immediately and cancelled the order; they told me its cancelled but I havent gotten a cancellation confirmation. Well see if I actually get my money back or if I have to dispute the charge, but I am not willingly giving money to any company that is going to use such misleading tactics to sell products, even though its not a large dollar amount. ******.

    Was told product is long lasting for years. Only had 4 months and multiple mats had become destroyed by their instructions on how to wash. They wouldn't do anything besides say sorry and buy new ones

    Do not purchase from them. **************** is a bot. Will not send exchanged mat (if you purchase the wrong color.) And mat is cheaply made.

    This company took my money. They upsell me with products. I didnt want. I tried to cancel when I realized that they had charged me for other additional things with no reply. After numerous attempts to reach the company, they finally contacted me after the product was shipped and told me that there can be no refund made after shipping has happened.Even though I tried numerous times to contact them prior to the product being shipped.

    The 2 rugs took 3 weeks to arrive and I called them like everyone else. But even worse, both rubber backings fell apart in exactly 6 mos. We have 2 dogs! I washed them about 10 times. They target owners of dogs with dirty paws in their adds so one would assume they can be washed often! I contacted them about my complaint and they offered me a $25 gift card because their 60 day guarantee was expired? So I would have to spend more money with them? I said no thank you. I have bought cheaper, better rugs on ****** that lasted years. Really really disappointed!!

    I ordered some Muddy Mats Dec 10 2024, they shipped on Dec 11, 2024.I have not received the orders. Called customer service twice, waited for a rep *** 2 hours on each call. Emailed customer service, they say they take No Responsibility after its been shipped.

    Washed once according to their specifications and plastic backing came undone and side threads unraveled. Could not get refund cause has it 90 days but ruined after first wash.Also product does not work any better than ordinary rug. Company is low quality and impossible to deal with

    I tried to make a purchase of 5 mats back on June 23rd and couldn't complete the purchase. I called their toll-free number and was told to use another email address. Still issues. I've emailed multiple times and never was acknowledged. I tried again today and the error message today is "****** blacklisted". What does that mean. Bad customer service.
