    I placed my order on 8/14/22. I reached out to Muddy May for any shipping information, on 8/21/22 as I haven't got any shipping details. They emailed me back and said that the item I wanted, is out of stock. I have requested to cancel my order and to refund my $74.85, FOUR TIMES in last 3 days, back and forth via email. They keep trying to give me discounts and “perks” on other items, that I am not interested in. All I want is my money back asap!

    I ordered Muddy Mats online on 07-14-22 at 4:02pm. I received an email that the products were shipping on 07/25/22. According to tracking info, the items shipped on 07-18-22 "Shipment Delivered to ****** On 07-20-22 "Package processed-*******, **". 07-21-22 ************* Facility-*******, **". 07-25-22 "Departure Scan: Enroute to ************ **. 07-25-22 "Departed Shipping Partner ********* **** Awaiting Item. Your tiem departed a shipping partner facility at 11:34 am on July 25, 2022 in ************************. This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date. (Is my package stuck in trasit? Is my package stuck in customs?). 07-27-22 "Sorted at *** Facility-******, **". And that is the last I've heard from them. I have also emailed them directly. Today is 08-10-22.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipment. We successfully fulfilled the order and handed it over to *** on 07/18/2022 to deliver to your shipping address. We fulfil and ship orders in less than 48 hours so that you will receive your order within our promised time frame of up to 10 business days. However, as I checked, the order is stuck in ******, **, ************* and got no movement from there. We did not receive an email from the customer. We would highly suggest for the customer keep in touch with our customer service team so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
