    Ordered my product 12/14/22 and over a month later still have not received it. Ive called and emailed many times only to be told its being escalated. It was overlooked in shipping Ive received so many excuses. today I finally called and told him I was gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau. I want my money back this is ridiculous and they still advertise that were going to get our product. dont believe them the only way you can get your product or so they say is if you pay expedited shipping but they dont tell you that when you go to order if you look at their website theyll say oh yes you will get your product in 5 to 6 days but they dont tell you. Oh yeah, she got a pay expedited shipping. Thats ridiculous. They never told me that when I went to order it and they said that it would be what I get it within 3 to 5 business days never received. It do not do business with his company. They are a big hoax

    I ordered over 10 days ago and still has not even shipped. Called once was on hold for over half hour then was asked to leave a message(which I did). Sent them 3 emails with a attachment of my order confirmation and never received any reply. Was looking forward to trying them out and even ordered $162 worth of products. They sure took my money out of my account immediately when I placed my order. I would like a full refund of what they took from my account.

    I ordered mats on Jan 7th, and was charged for an item that was suppose to be free. I have been in contact with them through email several times, with no **************** I haven't received any any notification of shipment. They don't care about customer service!!

    I ordered 3 mats from this business back on December 17th, 2022 Here it is January 15 2023, almost a month later, and still no mats and no tracking number. I figured this was a legitimate company since they advertised their product on TV but, clearly, it's not. We're out over $100 from this scam.

    Bought a Muddy mat from the company's website on Dec 27th 2022. I recieved nothing in the way of an email to confirm my purchase. Thank goodness I took a screenshot of my order. On Jan 3rd 2023 I called to ask where my tracking # was, the young lady confirmed all of my information and told me there would be an email with the tracking # sent out. Still haven't recied an email. I emailed the company, my email came back undeliverable. This company is a scam.

    I ordered a small and a medium size muddy mat on Dec 16, 2022. I received an email, telling me that they would send another email when they were shipped. I never received another email. My credit card was charged for both mats ($27.26 and $42.51). I called customer service on Jan 2, 2023, and have been on hold for 20 min. and still counting, with occasionally, a recording, saying that I am being sent to a customer service person. I would like a refund for both *****************

    I placed an order December 1, 2022. Received an email with the order# saying I will get a tracking number soon. I haven't received any communication since. I've emailed and made calls, just to be put on hold for 30 minutes to finally get to a " leave a message". I want to be refunded my money for a Large mat and the shipping cost! I feel I got scammed!!

    Poor business practices and customer service. When you order, you are given 3 options for shipping. I picked and paid for *** Ground, but they sent it via ***** the cheaper option. I contacted them and told them I wanted a refund of the shipping. Havent heard back.
