Ware Disposal is contracted to provide trash pick up services for my residence. They are my only option of service provider. They continuously neglect to provide services. Their customer service hotline is non-responsive and leaving a message is not an option as their mailbox is full. Most recently (Nov 2022), I tried sending a request to get my black trash can replaced via their online contact us form. I provided video footage showing it was washed away in a rainstorm. I was told I needed to file a police report before I could get a new trash can even though I could show it wasn't stolen. When I spoke to the sherrif, we all agreed this was a GROSS WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME. Regardless, I have filed a report, provided a copy of it to ***************** have seen their truck replacing trash cans on my street TWICE since then, and have still not received a replacement trash can. Customer service continues to be non-responsive. I continue to be charged for services. My ONLY option is to reach out to the BBB and ask for help. PLEASE HELP ME.Initial Complaint

Ware disposal is the trash company contracted by the city that I live in. I pay for a Service they often times do not provide. Sometimes they do not pick up my containers That I pay them to do. I've complained to them and the city but get no response. This affects my quality of life because when they Do not pick up containers there is no where to park. Also if they don't pick up the green waste containers which they didn't This week. I can't garden and trim trees, grass or ****** that need to be done when I have the time, which is not very often. It's frustrating it's been an issue for over a year now. Please help. I feel I shouldn't have to work around their schedule to landscape my house for a Service I pay for and do not receive. And what's worse is they constantly lie to me when I ask if they are coming or not. So I physically put the trash cans back out for no reason. They are essentially stealing my money without doing they're Service. Isn't stealing against the law?Business Response

Delays due to weather have occured in the past several months ,due to changes in operations at facilities accepting materials, and the weather , and holidays. All these issues have resulted in delaying services. We are doing everything we can to resolve. Please listen to the messages and updates on services in the future

I've never received one message from you guy's since you took over this contract for ********. All I have received from your dispatch is the same excuses you've just mentioned and straight out lies saying you will send someone the same day but never happens. And how is it that you always have the same excuse since you started the contract I think for 2 years now. Your full of it. And you should ***** me a discount for all the inconvenience you cause and non service. I don't know ow how you get away with this. And I see I'm not the only complaint on the BBB so please STOP LYING!Business Response

The trash company did not pick up my trash can on trash day. When I called them they said they would send someone back out to get it. I then received a call stating that I had to pay $25.00 to have them come back for the trash can because a car was parked too close to the trash can! If a car parks next to my trash can how is that my fault? How can I prevent that? It's an impossible scenario to prevent someone from parking in the public street. This is so ridiculous. I will pay the money, but it doesn't make sense to me.Business Response

We submitted payment for our bill for where disposal in unincorporated Los Angeles County on a Friday at 9 AM on Monday was our trash service pick up day two out of three of our cans were picked up. When I called customer service for times, they did not answer until I called from a blocked number then one of the customer service representatives answered. It seems as though if you have a number in their system associated with your account, they will not answer your phone call, but if you were a new customer they will because they want your money. The very rude and incomprehensible representative said that the payment did not post on their end until yesterday so ***************** was ceased, even though we paid it on our in on time. Now this is one week before Christmas in the heights of cold flu and the coronavirus season. We need our trash picked up and not to remain out on the street for an additional week upon calling the company for the second time from a blocked number the representative whom I asked to be changed and transferred to a supervisor, she said, because of my attitude she was going to hang up on me. This company refuses to take phone calls refuses to answer complaints and refuses to do the job. They are assigned to do by the county that they serve through the contract from Los Angeles county. Los Angeles needs to remove them from service there a company out of Orange County. Why are they servicing ***********? there is nothing but complaint after complaint about the horrible service from this company, and to make matters worse it looks like they collect all trash bins and put it in the same truck which goes against I dont know how many laws in the *******************. Someone needs to take a really hard look at this company and consider breaking the contract. I am sure there is a more deserving company that will do above and beyond what this trash literal trash company does.Business Response

We understand the frustration when your account is placed on stop service for non payment. We do everything we can to provide you with notifications and phone calls so you don't have the account go on stop service. We will do better trying to notify you in the future.
I have made a note to try and get yo your location to get your cart's serviced. Typically when an account is on stop it does not get separated like a normal service day . ************* up your location and service the stopped account due to the fact most clients that don't pay on time just mix the materials therefore it looks like your getting only one truck, but normally you get 3 trucks

This is the second week that our trash company isnt picking up our trash bins on set date, with no communication to us. Our trash cans stay on the street for 4-5 days at a time. This is my whole block. My trash can is full and Im unable to add trash to it. This causes me to leave my trash in my yard were animals get into it, and this becomes a health issue. We have possums and raccoons. Please assist me Ive reached out to the company and the company has no positive response. *** even informed them that I would be filing a complaint **** didnt care. They turned my trash off for non payment in the months of September and October and are making me pay for those months. As I spoke to them I feel I should not be billed for these month because I had no service and asked for them to prorate my account for the difference and this was their response.You are responsible for all charges, up to the point that carts are removed from the property due to the growing balance.I agree with them and I want to take care of my outstanding balance but like I said I dont feel like I should be charged for the months that I had no serviceInitial Complaint

On September 29th 2022 a trash truck driver hit the rear bumper of my **** **** Mustang GT causing $2500.00 in damage. I had a police report taken and called **** to let them know what happened. The driver never left a note or knocked on my house door, he just left. When I called **** she told me to send pictures of the damage and I also sent a picture of the police report card. I didn't receive a return phone call so I called them back and she said she gave the information to the general manager *************************** I waited a week leaving messages on his phone every day and he still has not returned my calls 3 weeks later. I then had to turn it into my insurance company and I should not have to of because my car was parked and no one was in it. Now until this is resolved I have to pay the $500.00 deductible and my rates are going to go up. For a company the size of Ware disposal they sure are a lousy bunch. We are paying for trash pick up service through Ware Disposal and are having a problem getting our trash picked up. Per Ware disposal they have come to pick up our trash and could not access the bin. Our trash is not being picked up and when we call to complain they claim they have already been to our service address and we will have to pay an extra fee to have them come out again. There is staff in our office from 5 am to 4pm and no one has seen the truck show up nor has the truck pulled up to the gate so that we can let them in.Business Response
