      On March 23, 2024 I was given a lower auto insurance quote when bundling with AAA's home insurance policy at ****** location on ***** Drive. Then, I decided to switch my current auto and home insurance as quoted by signing the all documents required. I was then told by the agent that a hardcopy of insurance policy declaration page will be mailed to home. After more than a month, I still haven't received the mailed documents. Then, I went to the local office trying to discuss with the agent who has quoted me for the policy, but the front desk clerk kept telling me she was busy and unable to see me today after more than one hour of wait. I couldn't wait anymore because I have other appointment, and talked to the front desk clerk, and she said she would take my name down and have the agent email me with the requested information. Again, there was no email nor any phone call received about my request. I went to the local office again, the other agent helped me to print out the declaration page I asked for. However, there are couple discrepancies found on the effective/ current policy. One, the insurance premium is more than $ 150 for the 12-month policy. Also, the agent failed to remove the bodily injury and collision coverages as requested since the second vehicle has been stored in my garage for years for being in non-operational status ever since I was deployed to ***** for the last three years on a military active duty order. This was not the first time incident happened with AAA. Last time the same discrepancies occurred when I dealt with another agent at ************ location on ************* where the same kind of discrepancy between quoted rate and the actual rate being charged on the insurance policy declaration page.

      On Feb 23, my car broke down on the 91 freeway near ********** Ave at 5:15 pm. I managed to pull into **** gas station at ******************************* After sunset, this area feels unsafe. At 5:48 pm, I called for a tow to ******************, confirmed for a ******* tow under my gold membership, expected at 6:47 pm. However, I was told we couldn't stay at the gas station. By 6:32 pm, the arrival time was pushed to 11:29 pm, and later to 2:25 am. With the area getting unsafe, and the police questioning our presence, we felt distressed. Despite explaining our situation, the tow service mentioned no one wanted the job due to the distance. They suggested waiting until 2:25 am, calling another service for a later reimbursement, or scheduling a 7:09 am pickup. By 10:35 pm, after hours of waiting without help from AAA, I had to pay $200 for an off-the-record tow to a friend's house 12 miles away. This situation highlights a lack of support and viable solutions from the tow service, leaving us stranded and out of pocket in an unsafe location.

      I didnt think Id use up my towing. Or my calls Im very unhappy. Its not my fault my car has issues. I have to put out $100 to have a truck tow me a few miles from home to a repair place

      The worst insurance I have ever dealt with. My car was totaled while parked on the street by someone who also had AAA insurance. The incident happened Dec 11th and I barely received the check on January 29th. They lied about when my check was being sent out (probably because they were slacking off during the holiday season and were careless about my claim) and they also ended up sending it to the wrong address which is odd since they sent me a release form for my vehicle on Dec 29th to the CORRECT address. The reason I am mostly upset is because I havent had a car since Dec 11th and they told me they will not put me in a rental since we agreed on the settlement offer on Dec 29th. So even though they made a bunch of mistakes on their end they weren't willing to put me in a rental. The worst customer service, not to mention the lady handling my claim and her supervisor were extremely rude. This prolonged delay has left me without a car, without a means of transportation, and without the ability to purchase a replacement vehicle. The situation is critical, affecting my daily life, my ability to commute to work (which puts my employment at risk), and causing emotional stress that I believe could have been avoided. This oversight compounds the hardship I am facing, limiting my ability to lead a normal life, attend to basic needs such as going to the gym or grocery shopping, and affecting my overall well-being.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. REPS NEEDS TRAINING. MULTIPLE CALLS REGARDING INCORRECT ANNUAL PREMIUMS BILLED. GIVING ONE STAR BUT ONLY BECAUSE IT'S NECESSARY IN ORDER TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.

      AAA member since 2009. Had my first hit and run happen to me. Had full ********************************* refused to address my claim. Horrible service and hard to get a hold of reps.

      AAA member for over 20 years. I had my first car accident claim. AAA totaled my car for a fender, hood, radiator support, bumper and some suspension work. Not cool. It took me 48 hours to get phone contact from my advisor. Then I called a week later to get their lowball offer. I got referred to another rep for the negotiations. I called 10 days after that to get an updated estimate after I submitted evidence of work done to the car. I took the salvage payout, but just had to pay for 8 days of car rental, because they stopped covering it mid-process. Awful experience and terrible results going through them to try to get car repaired.

      worst insurance company...like many people/reviews below, my unattended car was damaged by one of their insureds, who admitted responsibility. it has been 3 weeks, 7 voicemails, 6 emails and we have been unable to get any response from AAA auto insurance about how to get ******** repaired. The claims adjuster (*****************) has been completely unreachable and unresponsive. Am so glad we never signed up for auto or home insurance with this company. I have auto insurance with GEICO - completely different experience, super responsive, professional and streamlined process.

      AAA is the worst company ever. They have left me stranded 3 times . I will be canceling all my insurance policies and roadside assistance tomorrow after this. Im on the side of the road with 2 young children and again they cant find my account after going to office and having them correct there mistakes.I put one star because its a must but they are horrible. Get farmers not AAA
