      It has been worst service right now . This is third time in a row I didn't get service . First time 3 hour's on the side of freeway . Then police came they called and then I got service . 2nd time I called they couldn't figure out where I was on freeway. I already told them which freeway and closest exit . In the meantime freeway caltrans guy came he change my Tyre. . And I left because when you call them they keep asking same information again and again. 3rd time it happened on December 3rd 50 minutes on the phone still they can't figure out my location I was telling them alondra exit at 91 East . After they said help is coming . When the person called me who was coming to help is from corona more than an hour away . So the same thing happened caltrans people came to change Tyre put spare Tyre.. when the guy was changing Tyre I got call from Aaa again asking my location I was mad I said more than hour you couldn't figure out my location I got someone to help me ,so she just hangup phone . This is Aaa service . I am really disappointed . I am paying for service and not getting any service ?? ?? ??

      Do not use any product from them. Horrible service tow insurance etc Absolutely a scam.

      AAA attempted to. rip. me off for ****** for a 6 month policy. I canceled and I wanted to check the status of my refund and they blocked me! They have ****** of MY MONEY! SHOW ME THE ******* MONEY! I am retired, this company is heartless!??????????

      I had a car accident with one of your insureds and the claims representative of the claim has been unreachable , been trying to contact them numerous occasions and their supervisor as well and nothing , horrible service ! I need answers asap.

      My family has been AAA members for over *************************************************************************************************** October. I have been battling a MAJOR illness since January and hadn't renewed my membership in September (due to illness). I contact AAA and asked what was the warranty on a battery and they said 3 years. I explained that due to illness I hadn't yet renewed my membership of over 50 yrs but will. Even though I purchased the battery 3 m ou months before my renewal date, they refuse to send someone to replace the battery even though it's under warranty. I told them I am stranded and cannot go get my medications, food or doctor's visits and will renew it next month. The supervisor told me that if she did it for me, she would have to do it for everyone. Considering that we have been faithful members for over 50 yrs with little use iui f their services, I think that this is very poor customer service. I was told that I would have to pay for someone to come out. SHAME ON THEM!!!...what a great way to show customer appreciation!!!

      I would give zero stars if available this company does not care for their customers all they want is their money they dont have customer service skills what so ever they are rude and disrespectful individuals who are not properly trained professionals to speak to public. I was insured with this company for some time and recently wanted to make policy changes by taking off a car and adding a additional car they told my I would have to wait and I could not drive my new car until review was completed, I was told by several managers they would contact me back and I had called again and again to see why do I have to wait to make any changes on my policy Im paid in full I have no ticket no accidents so why all the hassles. So please someone look into this ridiculous company and dont let them get away with there nonsense anymore

      I like to give this zero if there's an option. I currently with them for the past 16 years roadside ***** **** and home. The problem iam having is their roadside asst. I paying the top tier for their 200 miles and countless times they put me on hold, hang up and let me waited the next day to get my car tow. What's the point of providing tow if you can't have your car tow.I have a Tesla, most of their tow doesn't want to tow my car. Reason is they don't tow an accident car. So what's the towing for, is to tow your non working car. Why sign contract with independent company when they don't provide the business. I'm so frustrated that being with AAA for so long, they can't even get this right. Next year I'm looking to do business elsewhere and let the other know my experiences

      I trusted AAA having had their roadside assistance since I was a teenager, so I didn't think twice about getting their auto insurance, but what a huge mistake. When I signed up, I provided my current and previous license to them along with all other info requested, and was approved for a policy, for which I paid a $500 deductible. 4 months later, they cancelled my policy because they said there was a gap in my licensure. There was, and they were aware of it from day 1, when they asked for both licenses, and then approved me for the policy. Despite this "gap in licensure" rule being a basis to deny insurance, it was never communicated to me and was in none of the documents I signed. Even though they were the ones forcing me to cancel my policy, they withheld my deposit and tried to charge me an insane early termination fee (for a policy they were terminating, due to their own mistake). Biggest scam ever. They will find any reason to cancel your policy so they can keep your deposit without ever providing coverage. I cannot say enough bad things about this company or how absolutely awful my interactions and experiences with them were. They harassed me while I was in the hospital with COVID, lied and gaslit me constantly, would assure me the issue was resolved one day and tell me they'd never talked to me before the next. These people are the scum of the earth. I hope I never hear from them again.

      I have NEVER dealt with any company or any medical facilities with such poor telecommunications as AAA. I challenge anyone to call any AAA phone number, published for service, and get to talk with a live person. ALL phone numbers go to multiple push buttons functions that ultimately (if your lucky) ends up with a leave a voice message and someone will get back to you in at least 48 hours. Which they never do. This is totally unsatisfactory customer service and obviously not a company that is in business to provide a service to their customers.

      Im a premier aaa member and for the first time I was discriminated against by the tow truck driver today, he took pictures and came up with his own story stating the information didnt match without ever consulting with me or asking for driver license id. Then he asked me to call again for service. I called again and they said the tow driver would arrive at 6pm. The new tow driver never arrived but he made a story stating that there was nothing wrong with the car without ever opening up the hood or checking the car or stopping by. I have been a member for 6 years and I hardly ever call but its becoming a consistend denial of service. This is my 2nd call to this year and they refuse to provide any service and come up with excuses to do the job. The first call i had the aaa driver arrived and basically had no experience or no desire to help get our car running. He asked us to call again for a tow truck which we did and after waiting over an hour with no response. I reached out to my construction worker who was working at my house at the time to pull my vehicle back to the house. Luckily he was nice enough to do the job and I paid him for a job well done and aaa called way later in the day if I still needed help. This is the worst service ever. 2 times in a row. If I have to pay someone else to do the job why pay the membership fees? They also insist now they can tow your car to your home. It has to be a shop. ? really? Needless to say, not only do the drivers refuse to help so does aaa roadside assistance. Always trying to find a way not to help you. Ive had had enough of their terrible poor service. I will be cancelling my 2 premier membership accounts tommorrow. Im tired of being scammed and getting a denial of service response.
