I ordered on the 6/28/2025 then an add on pop up I decline after a Subscription pop up when I saw it was going to cost $246 I hit the cancelled button and they charge me anyway. I find their numbers and i have been calling them since last week to cancelled the subscription to no avail. I keep getting all of our customer services are busy please leave a message someone will contact you i have not heard from them. I need a refund and return this product. I don't like to be scam. Also the product did not come with an invoice and I didn't receive an email conformation either. They just took my money and sent me the product which I do not want. I hope they can rectify this situationBugMD

If I could leave no stars I would I thought when I was gonna place a order for ***** I was charged ****** I have tried to call and left a message and also sent many emails to have this order canceled and refund my money but can not get any answers. I will have to repot them if I dont hear from them today I will report them to bbb.BugMD

Scam. I ordered patches once but not impressed. Several weeks later said my new order was shipping soon. I never requested a new order and I did not sign up for subscription. For two weeks I sent emails saying I did not order. After weeks of back and forth they sent order anyway. Im not sure how good product is but their business conduct is appalling.BugMD

This business has a SERIOUS problem with their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Especially one certain customer representative by the name of ******** She knows absolutely nothing about her job. I have tried at least 4 times to put my issue into more simpler terms in hopes that maybe, just maybe it will click in her brain exactly what I'm asking.....but nope! She continues to tell me to "have a great day, so sorry your not a customer" blah blah blah. ******* alone I guarantee you has lost soo much business for this company and from the other reviews I've read she's not the only one. Something has got change within the customer representative department if they don't want potential customers/returning customers to believe that the product is just as inferior as their employees they have hired to be knowledgeable about the entire product itself and the company as a whole. If they don't know, then that means that the company doesn't even know or else they would have given them this knowledge to be able to do their job and bring in sales. Plain and simple.BugMD

The whole customer representative team as a whole needs some major improvement, plain and simple. Then again if the front line of the company isn't knowledgeable then the company itself isn't knowledgeable in how to train a customer representative staff or they just don't care. If the company doesn't care then they don't care about their product. If they don't care about their product, then they don't care about their customers. If the website is misleading and causing people to spend way more than what they intended, then fix it ASAP, PRIORITY NUMBER ONE!. No one wants to continue to be a customer to a business that they deem as a thief. All of the complaints I've read are almost all the same. Misleading website stealing their money. I ordered a box of the BugMd mosquito stickers for about $25 but received the 6 boxes for $117.89. I tried calling several times but was hung up on the phone after about a minute every time. Last week I received a charge from BugMd on my Paypal account for $26.51 . and learned that I unknowingly had signed up for a monthly subscription, which I cancelled through Pay Pal today.BugMD

Additionally, we do offer a "Subscribe & Save" program, which provides steep discounts in exchange for recurring shipments. Ordered bug MD supposed to be a deal then tried to get out of add for purchase and ended up with one order for 117.40 and an order for 52.17 .
Called customer service the next day and complained and told them to cancel any further orders. Thought it was over then looked at credit card statement and just was hit for 27.13 today this is unbelievable and this company needs to be suedBugMD

I was on the site and was going to buy the stickers and changed my mind and never confirmed the order. They processed the order and charged my credit card anyway trying to call them after I got their number from Amex because its not on their site anywhere. their chat bot said that I can not cancel the order once its been processed, we all know that can't happen in 15 min, which is the amount of time i closed out the site and got a alert form my card company. scammers are what they are stay clear of their site.BugMD
