    Your product does not seem to work at all on my indoor patio with fly problems, but the main thing is, you fn charged my card for another order without my consent!!nnn

    I am loosing my mind I ordered I time they won't stop sending this product to me and charging me This product didn't work well I don't like it but can not seem to do anything to cancel. I have been changed over 5 hundred dollars so far and can not cancel it . Bug Md are nothing more than the common thief. They continue to steal from me on a monthly basis. I am starting a class action law suit against them. I need help from the BBB please! How can I get money they have taken from me back and stop this horrible product from coming to my house ? This should be illegal to do this to people.

    This is such a fraudulent company and it is such a disgrace. When you order a product from, make sure you go to whatever method of payment that you used and check on your automatic payments and cancel them off it if you do not want the product. They just stole $42.45 from my PayPal account. The product is even the worst product that I ever bought. I wish I could give a zero score 10 times over.

    Product needs to be applied and reapplied and it still doesn't do the job. They won't return my $47 for 2 bottles no supervisor available...well I hope they like their feedback. **********************

    These people are crooks. They don't tell you that you can't return a product that doesn't work. Actually, that isn't true, you can return it if you haven't opened it (what??), but only if you pay to ship it back and a restocking fee. It doesn't work. That is such bull. So disappointed. Just reminds me to not impulse buy.

    I ordered one product. I did not sign up for an ongoing subscription. A month later I received simultaneous emails saying that my PayPal account had been charged and that my order was on the way. When I called to complain, I was told I had purchased a subscription, which I know I had not. I was told that since the product was already on the way I could not receive a refund. The support representative reportedly cancelled my subscription for ongoing orders. I certainly hope this is true but I have little confidence in this company being truthful and ethical. Do not get suckered into purchasing from them. Even if the actual product is good, this company does not deserve your business.
