    Awful, and tricky, and the address they show here is not the same address they show in their emails. I have not opened the package and plan on returning the product as soon as possible. I purchased the product that I thought was about $16, then I get an email with a total of $115 for and they'll be sending me 7 boxes!! That's not what I signed up for. I quickly responded I didn't want the item and "do not send --cancel my order," but that never happened. I ordered early morning on the 11th of June, and tried to cancel 10 minutes later. DO NOT do business with this company, They are not legit.

    I tried the pest control Bugmd spray and it worked if you sprayed the insect a lot. I also tried the mosquito repellent stickers and was disappointed to get numerous bug bites. Im hoping to return the other boxes of the mosquito stickers! I bought way too many but I hoped it would help!!

    Absolutely horrible business and confusing website. I tried to order 1 package of the green citronella patches and some how ended up with 6 in my cart. After trying to cancel the entire order then and there and after several occasions I was still charged. This business is a ****. If this issue is not resolved and my money refunded immidiately I will take LEGAL action.

    BugMD should be shut down and the owners prosecuted for fraud. In a moment of distraction, I fell for their misleading ad and ordered six boxes of bug repellant stickers for $127.00. I thought it was going to be around $20.00. The next morning, I emailed to cancel. My order was "locked in". Refusing the package is "not allowed". Several emails were exchanged, all with their trite unhelpful response. It's been nearly a month and I have not received the order. Maybe they are waiting to see if indeed I do contact The Better Business Bureau, so here it is. I've been scammed. Hopefully, they don't have me on the recurring order list, which I specifically told them I did not sign up for. I would have to cancel my credit card.

    This company is a scam! I was going to place an order and when I got near the end, the price revealed was over 5x the amount advertised. I did not click to confirm order. I received an email saying order was confirmed. I reached out to the live chat asking to cancel my order and was told my order cant be cancelled. This is horribly unacceptable business practice!!!

    If I could rate it 0 I would. I never completed the process to order. I discontinued the order. I was charged and now I cant get in touch with them after many attempts to get a refund. There are similar complaints in the reviews. This company is a scam and not even accredited. REFUND ALL MONEY.***** *********

    If I could leave a 0, I would! I cant believe these people. I didnt actually buy their product, but they charged my card anyway, twice!!I was browsing and it gave me the extra 6bottles offer, but they didnt tell me how much it was, so I pushed it to the final review page, and when I saw the price of almost $200 I just backed out to the product page. I switched it to the original order, no extras, but when I went back in it was still putting the price at $194, instead of $66(or close). Then I backed all the way out to clear cache, etc. out of app and out of the ********** that point I went back into the website to do the right order at the $6+ amount. When I got to the review page it only had the lower price, so I thought, Im good. This time I do actually submit the order, but it comes up & says youve already purchased this today. Im like what?? I check my bank and sure as ;$)( Not one, but two transactions!! One order at the $194 price and another at the $60 something amount. I was floored!! I NEVER officially hit the submit button on the final page. I went to the final review twice, but never actually submitted (or whatever work their app used). So it seems to me that all u have to do to get their product is go to the review page, no submit necessary.??I chatted with support and they said I would have to accept the order before he could do anything. Then Id need to try it and if it doesnt work I can get 70% of my money back. Not 100%!The guy I chatted with after I said I was gonna report them basically, he stopped answering and I shut it down.Stay away from this place, their sleazy!!!

    I accidentally ordered a larger order that I intended. I misread the ad. Immediately, within minutes I emailed them of my error and canceled my order. Next day I received an answer that my order was locked in and could not be canceled. Then I asked for info to return, suggesting a free return as this order was a mistake.Few days later, I received a call from Bug MD Telling me there were fees to return product, even though ad says if not satisfied return for refund though must be within 30 days.I wanted to try their product (1 or 2 boxes) not 6 with a charge of over $100.Terrible company!No empathy at all towards a customer who made an admitted error in ordering. But who contacted them immediately to cancel.

    DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!I thought I was buying six boxes for $20 because it said each free shipping, which I interpreted it to mean that each box would be free shipping. Well then my checking account said I was deducted $120. Instead of saying six boxes would be $120. Pretty deceptive and misleading. Anyway, very panicked because I am a senior and disabled and needed the money desperately for eyeglasses to see, I immediately called the company and got a voicemail saying that they were only in business Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. I called them on Saturday morning. I also emailed them right away pleading that they call me back to credit me and cancel the order immediately. I called several times and emailed them several times on Monday. I never received a call back or an email back. On Wednesday of that week they shipped out the stickers. I then got an email saying that the stickers were shipped and that the order was locked and that it was in their policy to not cancel the order once the order was shipped. They had from early Monday morning right away at 8:00 a.m. until Wednesday to call me, email me and cancel the order. They never did. They are unethical and a horrible business. They state that they have a live chat which they don't. It's a bot. There is nobody to talk to. There will be nobody to call you back. They state that you can return your merchandise if you're not happy with it but you have to get a return code from them and good luck with that! You can't reach them and you probably won't be able to get a return code and if you do, you have to pay a $10 processing fee to return whatever you want to return and on top of that, the shipping fee to return the item!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!

    Not only are you a HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL, ****** company, but you also LIE!!!I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM YOUR COMPANY OR AN ***** UNTIL THE ***** ON THE WEDNESDAY OF THAT WEEK STATING THAT THE ORDER HAD SHIPPED.
