    I greatly recommend no one orders this Product. Over time this company has shown terrible service as well as what some would call fiendish or horrible acts of what are seeming to being scams/fraud. Not to mention they charge you for a refund which is ridiculous.

    Agreeing with others - this is an unscrupulous and poorly organized outfit. I ordered a product weeks ago and keep getting the run around on delivery. Supposedly tomorrow but will see. The old adage tomorrow never comes...They push you to order more and more at every turn. Bugging you while trying to get rid of the other bugs in your life?Look on line for biologically safe terpenes (limonene, cintronellol etc, cheap gin potentially will work too and make your own bug repellents. No need to keep get Bugged by Bug MD. Posting this on LinkedIn too where I have a huge following.[Thinking back I seem to think the order ended up twice what I said my wife to expect.]

    Didn't know I was subscribed to your company. (but I could use the bottle).Honestly, I haven't had the time to try your big spay. We had Hurricane ***** come through, a property dispute with neighbors, husband ill, etc...I will write more after I try the product. Thanks for your understanding.

    This company is a rip off! Not only did they quadruple my first order and charge me four times what I ordered, they have put me on an automatic reoccurring billing, which I never asked for. They are making my life a living hell! Do not buy from BugMD!!!!!!!

    I have multiple cats cuz I rescue strays left in my neighborhood. We had fleas bad I received the product today and the fleas was dieing instantly. Plus I received more products then what I ordered witch made me very happy. You guys save our cats lives cause no other products have helped with the fleas this year. Thank you so much. I will be ordering more.

    I have never experienced a worse run company in my life. First they overcharged me by completely false advertising on Instagram, and when I returned the product, they refused to refund my $106.00 when I meant to spend $13.99 (per the ad).

    I have been using the spray concentrate for about a year, reordering I believe 3 times. So far the product works, but here in *******, we have some large roaches that are called Australian **** Roaches. The are a real pest that seems to repel this product as if it was water. All other bugs are killed but this Australian *****. If this company could formulate something for these bugs, I would be 100% satisfied. Thank you for an otherwise good product.

    I ordered this to kill fleas. I ordered it on June 29,2024 and never received it. I keep asking where my order is and keep getting the run around but they had no problem taking the money from me. They give you a 30 day return but you can not return what you never received. This is a poor way to do business. I also purchased 1 bottle and they placed the order for 6. I am not happy with this business and would like my money back all of it. It is now July 13,2024 I did not want to leave any stars

    Beware! Read reviews on distribution practices before you order from this company. I feel like I was grossly misled. I thought I was making $19.99 purchase. Instead, this company is trying to take $119.94 from me. I called to complain and the agent then politely said it was confusion on their end, then quickly changed it to say I was the one confused. Now I cant find the advertisement. I see by the reviews I was not the only one with this type of complaint against this company.
