    I have never experienced a worse run company in my life. First they overcharged me by completely false advertising on Instagram, and when I returned the product, they refused to refund my $106.00 when I meant to spend $13.99 (per the ad).

    I have been using the spray concentrate for about a year, reordering I believe 3 times. So far the product works, but here in *******, we have some large roaches that are called Australian **** Roaches. The are a real pest that seems to repel this product as if it was water. All other bugs are killed but this Australian *****. If this company could formulate something for these bugs, I would be 100% satisfied. Thank you for an otherwise good product.

    I ordered this to kill fleas. I ordered it on June 29,2024 and never received it. I keep asking where my order is and keep getting the run around but they had no problem taking the money from me. They give you a 30 day return but you can not return what you never received. This is a poor way to do business. I also purchased 1 bottle and they placed the order for 6. I am not happy with this business and would like my money back all of it. It is now July 13,2024 I did not want to leave any stars

    Beware! Read reviews on distribution practices before you order from this company. I feel like I was grossly misled. I thought I was making $19.99 purchase. Instead, this company is trying to take $119.94 from me. I called to complain and the agent then politely said it was confusion on their end, then quickly changed it to say I was the one confused. Now I cant find the advertisement. I see by the reviews I was not the only one with this type of complaint against this company.

    Yeah it works but you have to see the bug now bed bugs come out at 3:00 in the morning I am not standing century to find a bug don't waste your money it'll kill them if you're interested but if you only got a couple of them that you see did it'll kill that but you got to spray them directly if you put it on the bed forget about it it don't work

    I purchased this for bed bugs and am not happy with the product! It does not kill the eggs and I had to spray the bug directly to kill it. A mist of the spray only stunned the bug, I had to saturate the bug to stop it in its track. This was a terrible waste of money and had to rid of my couch. I will not recommend this product. I would like a refund of my purchase.J ******

    BugMD does work. Breaking the flea breeding cycle is important to gain control of eradication in the home. It's a daily struggle. My 2 small dogs appreciate every effort I put forth to protect them and help insure them comfort. I do have a difficult time affording the product.
