    Thank you BugMD. I have been fighting a losing war with cockroaches for years, yes years. I have hired a "professional" exterminator. Have tried many products and the results were the same. I have had roaches in my hair. In my cloths, in my food, everywhere. It was like they were mocking me. After I used the BugMD monitors and then the spray, it was only about a week or two and now I only see one or two that have thus far avoided the spray but their turn is next. I can't thank you enough for the feeling that I get when I go to the kitchen and there's no bugs on the counters or floor or ANYWHERE. Again Thank you BugMD. ************** from *******

    I have contacted BugMD 7 times about canceling my order. I have never received a response from them and they keep sending more. They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They never respond! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Next step is reporting them to BBB.

    I had ordered over 3 months ago and never received the BugMD product until now. Then I checked my credit card accounts and saw three ******** over several months for this product which I just received last week. Tried calling them. Good luck.

    Purchased 3 units to date 2 bug units have a tendency to flash on and off ,in either position,to me it shows there could be bad contact on the rotating contact,which could result in an overheating and fire,One unit has been replaced,not really sure that the safety of the units has been through QA.These unit are the sticky pad units.

    I've been very pleased with the products I've ordered. So much easier than having to put meds on my cats! And the stations make great night lights, too! Prompt service whenever I order.

    I first bought the flea traps about 2 yrs ago. Moved to a bigger place so needed more!! Preferred the older model with adjustable brightness though.

    Ordered four of the termination stations, they do not do anything but raise your electricity cost. They r useless junk. Website states they take returns but must have RA #, emailed them for RA#, no response, called them and was put on hold for several minutes than recording comes on and says they r too busy to answer phone and hangs up on you. It is a scam to not have to take their junk back. I am reporting them to my credit card company and starting a dispute to get my money back. They need put out of business, very dishonest.
