  I purchased 4 units of the bug zapper for about $100 worth of product.They did not work and it is now taking me more than 5 days to get an RMA and return address so that I can return the product. I have followed the protocol for returns to the ** but the company is being NON-RESPONSIVE.DO NOT PURCHASE. The customer service sucks!

  These moth traps are fantastic! We had such a horrible problem with these little moths eating away everything, the traps are easy to assemble and do a great job without having to use chemicals. I highly recommend them.

  BugMD has lived up to its advertised claims for the Pantry Pest Control product. I have used this product and it has achieved a wonderful outcome. The product arrives well packaged and without delay. I find the product easy to use and effective for my problem with pantry moths I acquired from bird feeding products. I was inundated with these pests and now have my problem under control. BugMD has been an excellent product for me, and I definitely would encourage others to use it. The price of the product is reasonable for its effectiveness.

  I ordered 2 of the BugMD terminators! The electric cord that goes in thru the top will not s**** in or push in so therefore I can s**** in the bulb but the light & cord wiggle all over the place! The light bulb didnt work this morning after just 2 weeks probably because it was not secure! It did come back on after I fooled around with it! The mechanism will not s**** in or pop in! 2nd one the same way!

  I have not received my order. **************** not responsive.The first time I ordered from them was great, but now I can't get and answer about my order. I received an email saying someone would contact me as quickly as possible. It has been a week, and no follow up.

  The inside model is working great, no more flies or ant's & the outside is wonderful, light's up the stairs, walkway and gets the mosquitoes and other insects as well. Very Pleased ??

  it's a good ptoduct, but the transport service *****. I placed an order, and got, a few days later, a notice from SHOP that I should track my package thru them. SHOP required me to download its app. Next, the problem was, that on the list of places, I found SHOP. BUT, it then turned into SHOPIFY.. Next, it tried to make me sign in to ******* I abandoned all efforts.bugMD, EVERY other company that I order from, will, in a few days post-order, send me a linked passcode. I click the link and am taken directly to a page which shows me the shipping status of the shipment. Easy. But SHOP or SHOPIFY just *****.
