  BugMD products deliver what they promise. Whether hanging or sitting in a convenient place, they always manage to attract more moths than I thought I had. For that, I am grateful.

  I got the BugMD because my dog was bringing in fleas. I sprayed my dog everyday and washed and sprayed her bed. It never got rid of the fleas and she is still miserable. I think she is now getting worms. I dont know if they can get worms from fleas.

  Tried to order a small amount of moth repellent product, and when trying to pay was trapped by an offer to click to order a larger quantity of more expensive product. By "trapped" I mean I kept clicking on trying to complete the sale and each time a new "offer" came up. The third time I thought I was clicking on completing the sale and was charged for a totally new order because yet another offer came up before I could stop clicking on it. I tried to go back and cancel the whole sale, but was told it was too late. I emailed the company immediately and received a stock notice that customer service would get back to me. I called the company today and was told that somehow, on a Sunday, my order was packed and shipped already. I will now have to pay to return the order and make sure that I submit proper paperwork AND PROOF OF POSTAGE to get my refund MINUS THE POSTAGE. Stay away from this company. Their prices are way over the retail and their website is set up to encourage ordering more product when you believe you are clicking to terminate your original order. The complex return policy (not to mention that they are the only company I know that fulfills and ships an order on a Sunday) is another way to ensure that most customers will not bother with the return. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I give them one star because I cannot give no stars and have my review published! Sleazy, sleazy, sleazy.

  I have been trying to contact your business thru live chat and calls to no avail. Your live chat response tells me someone will be contacting me and I keep getting that message and no one has contacted me. All I needed to do is cancel any future orders.

  I kept seeing the adds for BugMD ,so decided to order some and give it a try. Received my order followed the instructions and started going after the roaches. The solution worked effectively and fast on my problem . That first day put a huge dent in my ***** problem. I have seen a significant decrease in those pests. I am so glad I tried it, offered to let a friend try it also. Thank you BugMD your product works great.
