My name is ******* L ******. My wife and I called back in November 2024. Paid them all the cost upfront. Optima tax filed a extension in April and to this day July 18, 2025 out taxes still have not got filed and. I have called at least 5 times and told that my concern was put in with a ticket to expedite the process. Each time I called.. Never got a return call. Well, I received a stack of letters again from the ***. I up loaded them and called to make sure that they do see it. I was told today. July 18, 2025 by ****** that she see them. Now again, A ticket was put in with a emergency rush. To have our case looked at because as ****** said, outer case has not been touched for 56 days. Even though we have sent over everything that was requested. So again we are expected to receive a call after another ticket was put in for a ***** hour response.Optima Tax Relief
