Great! Great! Great! They were very present every step of the way. I recommend them to EVERYONE who has a tax debt. Every time I called I got positive, patient, and professional service. They will be realistic about your situation, and they take you through a series of programs to fit your situation. My debt has been reduced to over ninety-percent, YES ninety, and even at that, they provide a post program. If you want a tax relief service, PLEASE USE Optima!!!

Do not go with this company. At least in my experience from with the main account person who built my trust, stated what would happen in steps and their expertise, and services. Then fast forward to what has been executed none has happened. I dont have a lawyer, I dont have a named case person or contact who manages my case, and when the going gets tough you cannot reach anyone. I mean literally everyone - send Sunny my contract and paying my first three payments, I speak to no one. No one & when I call or email, no one ever has an answer nor accountable. Its like talking to a cloud. Like nothing Ive ever experienced with any company in any industry. sounds juvenile as a term but they ghost you literally. I shouldve been concerned when there were certain things stated in conversations that werent followed ** in an email or writing. So Im summary, for me once youve agreed to pay their fees they are impossible to reach. Im at nine attempts in two days with only one response that entailed promises no one has followed up on. This is through their platform where Ive gotten absolutely zero response, calls, texts, emails and in calling the main # speaking to the representative directly. Mind you - after this write up Im sharing theyre going to respond with details that counter what Im stating but trust me I never give negative reviews Im always about supporting business not taking them down. But I tried on so many occasions to the point Ive been pushed to this. Optima when its important you have to stand by what you say & be honest. I would prefer to be private but I have to share my experience so it doesnt happen to others.Optima Tax Relief

I contacted Optima Tax Relief after I received 4 letters about my taxes that required I sign for!! I was worried so I called Optima Tax Relief...explained why I wanted to know if they could help me. After a few phone conversations with their representatives I decided to let them help me. I understood the work ahead to take care of this matter and so far I'm feeling good about this process. I feel I'm in good hands so far...my case is just starting but so far I'm satisfied. I want to thank all the consultants that have helped me so far. After reading some of the customer reviews there is some concern as to getting this is resolved but I still have questions to ask as to how it will get resolved and how long it will take......Optima Tax Relief

I would give Optima a 1/2 star if I could. Still waiting for resolution over 30 months and counting. Response urgency is little to none - a call back in 48 hours if we're lucky. IRS has started garnishing at 75% rate and my family is barely living. We are on the 23rd week of this and no relief in sight. The commercials are heard daily and put a knot in my stomach. My team changes almost weekly and no one know what anyone else is doing or has done. PAID A $10,000 retainer and struggling every day. Someone says they'll help, then say it's been put in another person's hands. Now they tell me (AFTER 30 MONTHS) that another department should be handling it. I don't know what else to do. I am not satisfied with what happened with me with optimum tax relief they said even in the commercial that they could possibly they can lower the amount owed they did not lower anything I'm paying all this money to them just to pay the same amount that I have to pay to the *** they could have helped took something off they didn't do anything and they're constantly taking the money that I paid them to resolve this issue they didn't resolve it they just held it off and now I'm still paying the same amount I am not satisfied with this at all and when they call me they talk fast this is where we are this is what we got to do today you got to sign this paper I need this communication I need this document I'm not satisfied not satisfied at all it did not get lowered not even by one dollar and I have to pay them thousands of dollars just for me to pay the *** also no I'm not satisfiedOptima Tax Relief

Optima Tax indicates that they can lower tax debt, prevents liens, and resolve *** matters quickly. The challenges I have with the company is initially the communication is consistent in the free consultation phase, then you are given a fee , communication remains consistent. After we agreed to accept the services and paid approximately $6000,submitted quickly all the requested documents the communication on their end was almost nonexistence. I was leaving messages and emails. After numerous calls I was contacted by an Optima Tax representative who acknowledged they were having challenges getting back to customers as they had a lot of customers, a new process was identified grouping customers into team, we were grouped with team 225. Finally, I we did receive written communication from the resolution department regarding payment arrangement with the **** we went back and forth a couple of times as we could not afford the suggested amount. We eventually agreed to the amount hoping to move the situation forward with lowering the amount of the debt. Lastly, Optima Tax suggested we request an abatement of interest and fees to the *** which was denied. Involvement with optima tax about 2 years, indicating that we could still reach out for assistance/support with the tax year in question 2015. Reached out to them by email and phone receiving confirmation that would receive a phone call back and have yet to receive a call back. After posting the review noted above on their site. Contacted under the premises of addressing my complaints. After numerous attempts with phone calls & messages left, this took 4 months. Was offered a refund of 15% of the $6000 plus that was paid with condition that I remove negative posting and they were not admitting wronging doing. As a customer I requested a detail explanation on the steps they took to resolve our tax matter and response from *** , dead silence. Everyone gets same generic response to complaints. Optima tax service is a complete fraud DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY sadly I made this mistake and Im now currently filing a lawsuit against optima to retrieve my money, optima with in months put me a worse position then I was initially dealing with the irs myself, optima is a call center that fronts to be a tax relief company they is as fake as their A+ rating on BBB (FYI you can pay other call centers to give your company a 5 star ratings on the BBB)Optima Tax Relief

Well I see u guys got alot negative reviews and I agree with all of them I started with u guy June of 2020 it is now August 2022 and have gotten taxes resolved I paid u guy **** dollar for one of your agent to tell me u guys was going to close my case if didn't get the paperwork to u guys by a serting date this is crazy 2 years I paid on time every month and this is what I guys doing Optums ****Optima Tax Relief

My case has been open since 2019 and while they have received a 5k payment (basically 25% of what I owed the **** I have received nothing. They are a complete waste of money and have recently offered me a settlement amount that is more than the total balance I owe the *** at this point. This is a complete scam! As someone who has wasted thousands of dollars on this company I advise all to stay away!Optima Tax Relief
