    One star is even too much for a company that not only does not stand by their product, but also clearly wants to bury their head in the DIRT as far as quality control standards go. I am disgusted that this company will not give me some compensation for the damage to my scalp. I would never use this again, nor would I recommend this to any individual or business worth their reputation. If there was a spot to leave an attachment of the photos of the irritation caused by 3 of these products I would have done so. Shame on you. You have been entrenched in legal issues that you leave unresolved.

    I started using these products on my hair after my stylist used them and my hair fell out immediately! It constantly fell out and has not grown back and it's very brittle and dry. I finally cut all my hair off in hopes it may grow back right.

    Olaplex product N03 caused my hair to fall out in clumps. It also caused scalp irritation. I used the product less than 5 times and was left with months of shedding. The money spent on this product caused me to lose half of my hair. The shedding stopped 3 months after my last Olaplex use but now I am 10 months post Olaplex and still trying to grow my hair back. This product needs to be taken off the market.

    This “prestige” shampoo, and I only used the shampoo, damaged my hair to the point it was stringy, falling out in handfuls, it broke into a near mullet, and my lips swelled. I also sustained what appeared today be eczema on my hairline, and my face actually excoriated. That means I had open oozing skin on my cheek. I also had cracks that oozed fluid behind my ears. All of that from twice a week shampooing. I used no other Olaplex items. My hair is so thin, I got a sunburn on my scalp for the first time in my life. I have never used a product so damaging to my hair and skin, not to mention my mental health.

    Makes your hair fall out - it did mine- I spent too much money on a "prestige" brand only to almost go bald.

    Beyond awful. I only used their bonding shampoo once a week for 8 weeks and lost 1/2 my hair. I had no idea that this product was so bad. The rest of my hair looked like a rats nest, dry, frizzy, tangled and waxy feeling. In the shower clumps of hair slid down my back, horrifying experience.
    I have PTSD from seeing the hair fall out. All my lab tests came back fine, no Covid, used it as directed. I'd give it a zero rating if I could!

    Scalp sores, thinning hair, breakage, straw-like hair. Please do not buy this product. I don't think my hair will ever recover.??

    One of the worst products I have used. I thought my hair was doing well while using it, and then it started falling out and breaking off. If I would’ve been smart and kept my receipts, I would be asking for my money back. I have not used it for two months and my hair is still a mess. Do not recommend this product at all.

    After using olaplex products for about 6 months my hair began falling out and breaking off. My stylist would not color due to the amount of damage and had to cut excessive amounts to try to even up the break offs.

    Olaplex completely destroyed my hair in a VERY short time! Only used 2-3 times. Left severe irritation and burn marks on my scalp, I had MASSIVE hair fall out! About 75% of my hair fell out!!! Came out in handfuls! What’s left is totally damaged, it seems melted/fried. And also breaking off! Devastated.
