    The biggest scam ever and the worst part is I trusted them spent over $600 on the overpriced product. The result is embarrassing I am ashamed of how I look after losing over 50% of my hair. I’m concerned the product is effecting my health. I suffer with terrible headaches and dizziness I never had before using olaplex $250 kit. Promises beautiful healthy hair and then is breaks and falls out. Please save yourself and stay away from this TOXIC product. It does nothing that it promises and they were returning everyone’s money for a whole year (so you know they know the product sucks). As of today they will no longer honor that because so many complaints have been filed. At the very least they should keep their word. I hope they go bankrupt!! You have harmed so many people and you should be ashamed.

    I’ve had tremendous hair loss, hair breakage, sores, and itchiness after using these products. #4, #5, and #6 were used 2 times a week. #0, #3 were used 2 times.

    Deserves zero stars. I have lost 75% of my hair from 5 months of use of number 3. The remaining hair is damaged and breaking leaving me with no hair. It has been 2 months since I stopped all use and I am still shedding massive amounts of hair. Damage includes breakage, rough and straw like hair texture, it lifted all color on my hair, scalp issues and irritation. Also my menstrual cycle has changed during the time of use of this product. I have lost and damaged all my hair and I have not used any heat, any colors or dyes or any other hair treatment. This is the most upsetting thing and has taken a grave toll on my
    Mental health.
