I placed an order with this company on June 21, 2024. I have not received the bottle or the accessories I purchased at the same time. I was contacted once by email, informing me that there would be a delay of 60 to 90 days in fulfilling my order. I responded to request a change of delivery address, as I was scheduled to move to another place during that timeframe. I received only an automated reply. Since then, every time I have reached out to them, I have continued to receive the same automatic response, without any further assistance or updates regarding my order.Initial Complaint

I placed ab order H-125211 on May 22, 2024 for 2 bottles & handles for $132.20. I was informed it would be shipped on July 31, 2024. 1 week before shipping I get an email stating orders are on backorder 30 to 60 days. But I never received another email about my order. I have emailed them every other week asking for an update or refund with no response. I placed an order with Remaker Labs for three Hitch water bottles on 4/7/24 for a total of $174. I received a confirmation email that day. On 5/30/24 I received an email update notifying me that they were still waiting on part or all of my order and my pre-order should ship in the next 60-90 days. I received the same message again on 7/18/24 saying it would be another 60-90 days. On 9/26/24 I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and refunded. I had not requested a cancellation, my order was cancelled by the company. Although the email stated I was refunded, I was not. I reached out to the support email address provided in the email on 10/3/24 noting that I had not yet received the refund and asking when to expect it. I received no response. On 10/8/24 I emailed three other emails found on the Hitch website, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], again noting that I had not received the refund and asking when I will receive it and if anyone can assist. I received an automated reply from the [email protected] address asking with a list of automated solutions and asking if any addressed my issue. I replied stating they did not, but have not received any further contact from anyone at the company. I will also note that the name that signed the email auto response appears to be an employee that is no longer with the company. At this point I have not received the product or a refund and there has been no attempt by the company to reply to my multiple outreach attempts. I have no option but to file a complaint. Ordered from the Hitch company direct Order #h-125432 paid $84.19 for my order on May 30, 2024. I have tried to reach out to the company 15x by phone and email no reply. May 10th 2024 I ordered products from carryhitch.com in the amount of $79.63. Company stated order would be shipping late June or early July. Emailed customer service July 12, July 17th, and again July 20th. Finally received response on July 22 that order was delayed and would be another 60-90 days. On Aug 27th I emailed to cancel my order. No response. I also emailed Sept 16th, Sept 17th, Sept 23 and again today Sept 26th with no response. I would like a full refund. To Whom It May Concern,
I am filing this complaint against Hitch for what I believe may be fraudulent behavior. I placed an order on June 13, 2024, and after sending 16 emails over the past four months, I have yet to receive any update or confirmation on when my order will be delivered. Despite my relentless efforts to get answers, I have been completely ignored and left without any resolution.
This continued lack of communication and failure to deliver the product raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business. I am now deeply worried that this situation may involve fraudulent practices. In addition to my own order, I sent a gift card to a friend, and she has encountered the same unacceptable runaround and silence.
If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will escalate this matter and explore all legal avenues, including a class-action lawsuit. I demand that Hitch be held accountable for these actions and the clear disregard for its customers.
I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this company for potential fraud and assist me in getting this matter resolved.

I purchased from this company back in April 2024. The bottle was promised to be shipped by May 30. When that date came i received another email promising shipment within 60 to 90 days. When that time span expired I received another email stating shipment will be in another 60 to 90 days. I funded this project with the promise of receiving the product once the goal amount was invested. The company was constantly updating backers on the process of manufacturing with prototypes and indicated shipping updates for sections of backers that were being fulfilled. It has been four years since my initial payment for this product. They requested additional money in order to receive the product and have no longer been providing consistent updates. They give generic answers, don't respond to many messages or emails, and can't give a clear answer on shipping. I am so done with the project, and with this struggling economy, I would rather have the money back for something better than a cup that I probably won't even use.Initial Complaint
