    Like all the other posts listed, pre-order the product and like all the other reviews the only thing that was received was an email stating a delay of 60-90 days. I requested a refund which was not issued and still have not received the product, even after the additional 90 day delay deadline.
    Stay away from this business and save your money unless you like making donations to fraudulent companies.

    We placed an order on 30 May 2024 with no indication that this was a waitlist order. After waiting almost 2 months, we emailed the customer service twice before receiving a response indicating a 60 to 90 day delay. We waited another 90 days with no update from the company regarding our order. I've emailed their customer service again with no response. I've now requested them to cancel our order and provide a refund.
    This story is redundant regarding this particular company by all these reviews. I wish I had checked here first so I understood that this company has horrible reviews and essentially zero customer service. They do not deserve anyone's business in my oopinion. They are unable to supply their product and disregard the importance of customer service. Any company that collects money and disregards any further interaction with a customer inquiring about a product that has been purchased should lose their license to operate. The company sometimes replies to these reviews with an apology or excuse, which seems to ignore acceptance of responsibility for their actions.

    I’ve had a similar complaint with this company where they take your money, do not deliver you the product or even respond to your emails about cancellation.
    I’m working on a lawsuit against the company. People with similar experiences please comment on this post and I will reach out to you.

    Avoid this client at all cost. Placed an order 3 months ago. Items were billed as a "PRE-ORDER" with a deliver date in 60 days. It has now been 90 days with no delivery date in sight. Vendor has NO Phone to contact directly. No available customer service other than email.
    No way to reach out to the company to speak to anyone.

    Worst Experience ever. I really wanted to love it, but finally had to leave it and cancelled my order. I ordered the "Hitch" beverage container on Feb. 25th. The site said there were nearly 400 in stock and "order now or wait for next drop date" , and I ordered. I now realize that number is a straight up lie, if not fraud to encourage orders. The number NEVER changed in nearly 3 months of waiting. The next published "Drop Date" was March 15th but that came and went. So I went back to their site for more information, and it indicates if it is a 'preorder', the average order to ship time is 60 days. So I wait.....and wait some more....I wrote to the company who at one point indicated it would be shipping very soon... and I wait.. and wait. Then they cancelled a part of my order (the cleaning brush) which was 'out of stock'...although it later came back in stock and still they didn't ship ANYTHING, but now I don't even have the cleaning brush in my still waiting order. At around 80 days past taking my money, I get another canned email (for the second time) telling me it will be ANOTHER 60-90 days. I'm done. I cancelled my order. They are taking orders to float their business and not providing the products. I am unwilling to provide a 6-month interest free loan (assuming they were ever going to ship in the first place) to a company without my consent. I was willing to wait the 60 days. I waited another 28 days after that and finally pulled the plug when they said it would be 60-90 more days, which I can't even believe because I ALREADY got that email and played that game. They are heavily marketing but not producing. It is a great product idea, but the basic business operations is the worst I've ever encountered. This is my FIRST BBB complaint... they are that disappointing. If I could leave Zero stars I would. They never shipped my order, but happily took my money and never shipped. 88 days for something they say on their site is in stock?

    The customer service is horrible and beginning to wonder if they actually ship their product to those that make orders. I ordered in January with the March shipping date. I still have not received my order. I’ve reached out to customer service over 3 times. They still have not given me any assistance other than sending me a FAQ list and then responding that they sent me an email. Poor customer service and very disappointed considering their price point and supposed raving ads from influencers.

    Horrible customer service. First, there is no phone number or an option to have them call you (like Amazon). This a red flag. When you send an email, all you get is an automatically generally message with a list of FAQs hyperlinks. Another red flag. An honestly run company will be transparent and will to speak with customers.
    I place an order in January 2024 and at the time the estimated ship date was Feb. 15. Now it says March 15, 2024 or May 31, 2024. Third red flag.
    All I want at this point is to have my order cancelled and my money back. At the best I can hope for the former and not the latter.
    If I could get you zero or negative stars I would. The company does not deserve the 1 star i gave them.

    Hi! As we chatted over email, I alerted you that you placed a pre order, but you are able to cancel at any time.
    Our email autoreply is useful for customers to get answers quickly, but as mentioned, if you reply to the auto response, you will get a message from a real human :)

    Terrible customer service. You get an auto reply when you email. I ordered 3 items, one of them was a pre-order. They didn’t send ANY. Then once I finally got a response to my emails, they shipped the cup and one accessory, cancelling the pre order item. Fine. But after an additional 2 weeks( we’re at about 6 weeks since the initial order was placed) and I still have not received the cup. The tracking info looks bogus. I cannot get any updates. And no response at all from the customer service department. What a scam. I want a full refund at this point.

    Ordered in November 2020. Diligently checked the page every month or two over the coming years. The development was greatly delayed due to covid. After years of watiting, they asked for additional money to receive our perks, and left the forms to contribute open for a relatively short time. After missing this deadline I reached out to them inquiring, I feel I did my absolute best to keep my information updated -- sifting through over 50 lengthy updates. Alas, I never received my perk -- which I know is not garunteed. But for a company who was successful and is actively selling their product, simply ignoring backers -- depsite getting in contact with the vendor is straight up dissapointing.
    Good brands would own up to their backers, this ain't one of them.

    Hi K****, we totally understand your frustration. Along with the updates sent, we sent you 5 or so personal emails to collect the additional funds. This deadline for payment was almost a year ago. We needed to sent deadlines so we could order inventory, book freight, etc. Had you reached out sooner we may have been able to find a better solution, but as we are almost a year since we needed this, we are unable to offer more than the discount code we sent you.
