If I could leave 0 stars I would. They called our office stating they would send us a free sample and if we liked the product we could pay for it and if not we could send it back. They sent the toner and it was horrible. We printed maybe 10 pages and the ink stopped working. We received invoices and when we called to say we were not happy with the product and would like to send it back, the sales person was very rude. I told him I would let him speak to the attorney (the boss). The sales person gets on the phone with the attorney and when she states she would not be paying and we would be sending the bad product back, he began to berate her on the telephone. He said "I know a lot of attorneys, I can send you some clients. Who do you think you are? You're just a one Woman law office. Are you hurting that bad that you have steal from us?" We had already asked for them to send us a return label and they had not done that. If you get a call from this company, save yourself the trouble and don't speak to them at all. They will say whatever they can to send you product even if you don't want it or need it and when you try to send it back they will say owe them money, either for the invoice or for a restocking fee.

We have the same story previously stated on this website. They called we said no we deal locally. They insist they are free try them, we said no. They send anyway. We call and tell them we don't want them. We will never use them. They are generic. We will never use generic toners. Sales people say there is a 30 day return policy. No return label will be given. Sales person becomes irate and conversation ensues. He even threatened us with recordings, and tried to make a bet we didn't say what we said. After, about 2 months another person calls to "collect." We discuss the same exact thing. This person becomes irate and we disconnect the call.
