      It is beyond me how sound system/product can get worse over time with the amount of success they have had. My system worked great with my streaming platforms when I first got my speakers in 2018 and the connectivity issues have gotten worse and worse. Now, playing one particular song causes the whole system to malfunction. Changing/adding speakers causes the whole system to collapse. This has nothing to do with internet connectivity as I have experienced the exact same issues with other peoples systems. These speakers have one job and it's to play music seamlessly. There has been no changes to this technology over the years, it should have gotten better. At this point, they are better off as a door stop. Please do better Sonos.

      I have a complete Sonos Sound Sytem consisting of the Playbar, subwoofer and two Play1 speakers. I have never had a worse experience than with this particular company's products. Nothing works. The Sonos app thst are offered in Googles Playstore do mot function. The actual speakers will not connect to my TCL Smart TV . There is no way to control the individual play1 speakers since the Sonos apps do not work. Initially invested over a thousand dollars upon a high recommendation I received from a coworker who boasted of the sound quality. I should have gone with Bose.
      I don't expect a fix from SONOS but just pass along a buyer beware warning for any one thinking of investing on a Sonos System.

      Bought (2) Sonos One SL speakers that cost almost $500. After 1.5 years, they both stopped working. Tech support said they were shot. We made the mistake of buying (2) more at about $500 and after (18) months, one stopped working. Tech support for 1.25 hrs and they said its shot! AGAIN and only 18 months old and invested almost $1,000. Junk and they can't do anything being (6) months out of warranty. Never again and will spread the word. BTW we hardly use them so not that they played every day. Like maybe once a month and mostly around Christmas. Wish I could talk to the CEO.

      Sonos app crashes often AND it's the a monopoly on their speakers. The hardware is great, but the software to control it is clunky and inconsistent. When you spend thousands of dollars for a product, you expect it to work. Period. Contacted Sonos and they are unwilling to give a refund or credit of any kind. Terrible. Please help.

      Sonos is a good idea with average speakers, a faulty app and bad customer service. I have a Sonos soundbar that previously worked and gave average playback. When I moved, the soundbar no longer was able to be connected to my new sonos system through the app. I spent 2+ hrs on the phone with their Level 1 technical support team and did not complete a single task I had not already done when I was troubleshooting on my own. They set me up with a Level 2 technician via email with the option to set up a call back via an online scheduling system or just call with my case number. I went online ti schedule but there were no dates available for greater than 1 week. I actually never got to a date that had even 1 open slot so I called with my case number then waited an hr on hold to have a Level 1 technician answer. I gave him my case number and he went to consult with the Level 2 team who sent him back to tell me they were sending me an email to schedule an appointment. Insulting at the very least. Stay far away from Sonos. The inability to play directly from playlists on your laptop and inability to connect via bluetooth on the majority of their products should be enough to say stop. The options for home theaters also provide subpar performance. Never again Sonos, never again.

      I recieved a set of outdoor speakers with amp bought directly through sonos for father's day. 3 weeks into having the system a speaker went out. Ben on the phone with them at least 3 times a month for the last 5 MONTHS!!! With no one helping. I get told someone will email you someone will call you and nothing!!! It got to the point where I requested a refund. Returned the speakers and amp in one both with shipping label they sent me. Recieved refund for speakers but not the amp. Now going on 2 weeks trying to figure out why I haven't recieved refund. Getting the run around again. Do I really have to wait another frustrating 5 MONTHS!!! Bought BOSE outdoor speakers with amp, 1000% better!!!

      Terrible Customer Support. Sonos delivered a defective SONOS amp to me. I called within 3 days of receipt of the amp. I've been a SONOS customer since about 2004. After more than 5 calls to customer support and more than 5 hours on the phone with customer support, I was unable to get a replacement. I finally just called to file a return. In parallel, I wrote a letter to the CEO (Patrick Spence). I did not hear form him, but the next day received an email from a supervisor (Robert) asking me what resolution I wanted, a replacement or a return. I emailed him back immediately and said I wanted a replacement. Then crickets. No response. I emailed him again. No response. I'm returning it.
      What happened to SONOS? It used to be a great company with a good product. No more.
      And God forbid you have more than a few players on your network. I've got 11. They loose connection all the time, whether on your own WIFI or on their mesh SONOSNET. Product development is poor. The quality of the support is poor. If you call the help desk and want a call back, it never happens. After spending an hour on the phone with support, I was disconnected. When you call back, they start all over and can't connect you to the previous CSR representative. Pathetic.

      I bought a Sonos Amp about a year ago and the unit no longer works. I contacted their customer support and they told me they could not honor the warranty and offered a 30% discount coupon for a new replacement. I accepted their offer and have not received the coupon. I have contacted them on 4 different occasions over 2 weeks and have been promised that each one will resolve it and email me the coupon. As of today, I have not received any more communications . This is the 4th Sonos speakers that go bad and they don't stand behind their VERY EXPENSIVE product!
