      The Sonos arc, sub and S1 speakers sound great when they work but that's when they work. I've spent the past 3 days trying to get the system reconnected to wifi after a ISP change and a 5 minute power outage. I called customer service and they were not helpful and don't listen. I had to repeat myself so many times that I had to tell the person that I was getting extremely upset because he wasn't listening. He was only reading from his little manual and couldn't think for himself. This is the worst system ive ever owned. I should have stayed with Bose. In this dayband age, it should be absolutely simple to connect via wifi. I am sorry I purchased this and warn people to stay away. Get something else

      Bait and switch..they advertised for the ultimate system at 2471.00 so i get online and make the full purchase. they shipped out 2 pieces and waiting for the wireless speakers ERA300 . all of a sudden they send an email stating my credit card was declined. I checked my statement and the 2 pieces reflected the charge went through. I call ( worst experience in a lifetime) and they now said to make the speaker purchase separately...but would not charge me correctly...wanted extra money in the purchase being done separately..would not honor their advertised price for the full system

      I had a Playbase that had a faulty wireless connector for a long time so would only play over a wired connection. After contacting support and being with them for 2 hours on chat they agreed to change it if I sent the old one back for a Beam unit which is cheaper than the one I originally had. After a week without the unit, I receive a replacement and again it’s faulty and randomly makes very loud noises. After an hour of their technical support the only explanation offered is that sometimes it happens and is not caught by QC. If I email them this replacement unit they will send me another one which may or may not have the same issue. Now that return has been lost and no explanation is given.

      Terrible customer service. Ordered speakers from them and paid for the expedited shipping. No information was provided at the time they accepted my order that there may be a problem shipping the product. A week later I still hadn't received my order nor had there been an update as to shipping. So, I wrote to cancel my order. And wrote again and again and again. No response. A few weeks later I contacted my credit card to cancel the order and then a few days later I get a message from them explaining that their is an issue with shipping. And that I should know that paying for expedited shipping does not mean Sonos is shipping the product today or even soon, just that when they do ship it, it will be expedited. My response was to explain that if you can't ship it right away, Sonos should say so and even if I wanted to still order, I would not then want to pay for expedited shipping. Then I asked again to cancel my order. You know the ending. They shipped the speakers about a month late. I should have thrown them in the trash but instead went through the hassle of getting an RMA and shipping them back. No apology from Sonos. No nothing except a lecture on what it means to pay for expedited shipping. Terrible customer service. There are lots of good speakers out there, don't buy Sonos.
