      This company is fraudulent. I canceled this account two months ago, and they keep trying to charge my debit card multiple times a month. I texted the company, who assured me my subscription was canceled, and they even said they were issuing a refund of $21.72 within five business days. That was on July 19th. They never sent it. Since then, they have consistently tried to charge my debit card ten times. I have proof of text messages between myself and the company that they have already confirmed that I cancelled and they are still charging. I want this company flagged for deceptive practices.

      Chegg is charging my account months after canceling subscription. I was issued a new **** to stop the charges, but they are now charging the new account! I've called three months in a row to try to stop the subscription, they say they can't even find my account, but they keep charging monthly!!!

      Zero stars. I've never even heard of this company but they charged my account twice this morning. I can't get ahold of anyone in the company to ask what the deal is. Bank is doing a dispute and now I need to get new cards.

      This business took money without my consent for a monthly subscription using PayPal! As a payment method I never knew I had! There is no record of PayPal ever being an authorize method of payment for Chegg subscriptions. I went back to audit my records and I dont have anything stating PayPal is my method of payment. I would have stopped this activity right away, apparently, the account reactivated is under my name, and the card charged shows Apple Pay, and a business account that should never be tied to paypal, let alone Chegg to get the information as its showing a clear account under my name but we cant for the life of us understand how pay pal and Chegg got together to take money from an account thats separate from me. Nothing is clear yet, and this is causing a very huge problem with a bank and new deposits that came through because of Chegg. I will be auditing every transaction still yet, and Ill Be disputing all the charges for wrongfully taking my account and reinstating it with several payment methods. Something isnt adding up, and Ill be looking into this further.

      Does not send monthly billing emails to active subscribers and also informed me of their strict one refund policy, no matter the reasoning a second refund will never be issued. This is predatory behavior as they are well aware the vast majority of customers only require their services during select months, and it is to their benefit to not alert customers to their ongoing active subscriptions with email notifications.

      Wish I could rate 0 stars. Chegg has been stealing money from me every single month for the past two years, despite cancelling my subscription in May of 2022 and receiving confirmation of cancellation then. Customer service just let me know, today, that my account was never closed on their end. I am at a standstill with them, never having received any kind of refund. Never use this service.

      They won't give a refund even though I have never used the account. They basically have been billing me since 2022 even though the account was canceled multiple times. They said they don't cancel accounts. Thee only way to get them to stop billing is to cancel the debit card they have on file.

      After I decided to terminate the subscrpition of my membership and completed cancellation on their website, I still got charged next month.They didn't give any cancellation number neither the confirmation E-mail to **** supposed that it was my falt that I had not finished the cancellation, and redo the cancellation on line.Next month I got charged again.Finallally I have to appeal to Paypal to refund, but Paypal only cancelled the subscription but refused to refund.Chegg.com intended to steal my money.

      I just purchased a subscription exactly one week ago. There were 2 questions I searched for my quiz and both of those solutions said "expert verified" but they were incorrect. I called and requested a refund but they are denying my request. However, their website says they issue refunds within 14 days of purchase if the customer is not satisfied, so I don't understand why I can't get a refund.

      Refuse to refund even though I told them I dont have a job right now and Im not using the service. They dont care, they just want your money. Wont ever use their website ever again
