      I bought a subscription on *** 10th. Chegg is not only charging me for *** but they're going to charge me for **** too even though I am cancelling my subscription less than 36 hours after I bought it. That's 1 month for the price of 2 months. I'm getting scammed.

      I have not used this company in months and yet they still try to insist on charging me for the usage not to mention their product is falsely advertised their service never ever help you lead to the correct solution

      These people are scammers! The company will continue to draft your account even after you cancel the subscription and no longer need the service. I signed up for a monthly subscription because my sister needed help with an accounting class. She changed her major early this semester so stopped needing services on February 7th and I cancelled the subscription. Friday, May 3rd, we were out of town and I got a notification from my bank that my $21.35 chegg purchase was approved! I went into my app and through my transaction history and found two additional charges from them in march!! The draft from last Friday created a lot of problems for my budget since we were out of town. I wish I had read all of these 1-star reviews before signing up for a subscription!! My bank is disputing the transactions as well and I hope my experience helps someone else.

      This company is fraud and charges monthly dues even after subscriptions are canceled. They lock accounts for no reason and are impossible to work with and no management to speak with. This is an awful company and one you should never work with.

      tried cancelling my subscription, they say they will charge it next month and did, so I asked my credit card provider to block their charge. Worked. hope it helps

      Most of the answers are incorrect and they keep suspending my account for no reason. When I reach out to customer service they say they cant override it which is ridiculous.

      I have had the same problems with my subscriptions. They make it so difficult to cancel, but continue to charge you even after my subscription has been cancelled for months. No confirmations of charges or cancellations are ever sent to confirm anything. This place is a fraud.

      I have twice cancelled my subscription to Chegg.com, but I am still getting charged. They never send written confirmation on the cancellation, so it is difficult to challenge at a later date. I highly recommend staying away from this company as I have seen several similar overcharge complaints about this company.

      Do not use. There return policy on books - they give 21 days from ordering not receiving so I got it days after ordering which leaves 12 days to return which I'd crazy for a student that does not live at home. Don't do it!!
