      Thee absolute worse subscription service I've dealt with. I can't being to explain the circles you will go through in trying to cancel your subscription. I ended up with two accounts charged to me and I never had access to one of the two anyway. The first time I canceled one of the accounts, they use misleading page design to keep you from confirming your cancelation (make sure you get a conformation). You can only contact chegg through automated text before an "advanced Advocate" is brought in to run you through the same time-wasting steps when you realize that not only did you not cancel your subscription but indeed have an extra.

      LOOKS LIKE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE AFTER TAKING 5 SECONDS TO READ OTHER REVIEWS. I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND THEN WAS CHARGED, TEXTED THE *** ASKING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND GOT SPAMMED WITH MESSAGES. AFTER FINALLY GETTING THROUGH TO SOMEONE TO TALK TO I GOT TOLD I WAS WRONG IN A VERY RUDE WAY. THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT REFUND ANYONE EVEN IT WAS ONLY 5 F****** DAYS AFTER BEING CHARGED. VERY SKETCHY BUSINESS AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. GIVE ME MY F****** MONEY BACK B****

      Payed for a month and then immediately canceled, I was then charged again. I noticed and had my account deleted as you are unable to delete your account or credit card information yourself, which seems predatory. I expected the charges from that account to stop they didn't. Wouldn't recommend Chegg use a chat bot or ******* Chegg, never again!

      AWFUL, THEY WIRED MY PAYMENTA THROUGHT ****** PAY??? I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT I CANCELED AND NO REFUND?! AWFUL COMPANY WILL NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO THEM I WANT A REFUND.

      I was not aware that the subscription renewed automatically. There is no email or other form of notification warning you when the next charge will occur. I contacted the customer service number provided on their site and was met with an automated response. When I inquired about a refund, it said my account was not eligible but would not elaborate on why. I can't find an email or a way to contact an actual person.

      On customer service rep promised a refund, after not receiving one I followed up and was told an entirely different policy. Shady company.

      S*** customer service, s*** policies. The buisness despite doing an okay job with providing help in learning (but not always as they are wrong about 50% of the time and you'll have to ask your question 3 times before someone who knows what they are doing answers) is horribly designed and every update seems purposely designed to make life harder for its users. The last update to the site; Removed the ability to bold, italicise, or underline parts of the questions you ask which means pointing out important parts of questions are impossible. The s***** Chegg AI now is automatically the first answer you will get, thus forcing you to re-ask the question in order to get a "expert" (who is usually not actually an expert, but at the very least is human which is nice). And of course the "anti robot" click button that doesn't let you into the site if you alt tab more than twice. I usually need to ask questions multiple times to get a response which follows more than half of the directions and never all of them mind you not once has a single answer seeem to have been made by someone who actually read my prompt. So this requires me to have the multiple different asking of the same question open in order to actually learn anything, but chegg sees me with a bunch of tabs of their site and gets pissy thinking I'm a "robot". WHO THE **** CARES IF IM A ROBOT, I PAY MONEY FOR THIS ACCOUNT! LET ME USE IT HOW I NEED TO OR IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE TO THE POINT WHERE WORRYING ABOUT ROBOTS IS ACTUALLY SOMETHING YOUD NEED TO DO.

      ****** at Chegg will not issue a refund. The study solutions were non factual and caused a failing grade on my exam. I cancelled the subscription 2 days after purchasing and was told I would not be eligible for a refund.
